Response: Dear Sir: The morning of Oct 29th and anytime on Nov 4 would work fine. I would also accept a $500 bid for this shipment. I also forgot to mention there are two wheel weights 80lbs a piece. Response: The tires are 25 inches in diameter. From the ground to the top of the steering wheel the tractor is 47 inches tall. I am guessing but to the top of the cab it is approximately 84 inches. (10/27/2005)

Question: Hello again Sir, thanks for your response. We asked for the height 'cause the trailer that's gonna be close to the shipping address has only 5' of clearance. What we could do is to switch to our biggest trailer (with loading ramp I mean) has 6' 4" of clearance. The price using this covered cargo trailer would be $899. Let us know as soon as you can. Response: Thank you for your response. I have a quote from a large firm for $890 so i was trying to beat this price by a reasonsable margin. I also have my own truck and trailer but just trying to save myself some time. The cab can be removed with a few bolts if height is an issue. Regardless I would be willing to go to $750 to have this job done. I figure I can do it myself for about $400 so $750 is the breakeven point for me on outsourcing. Please let me know. Thank you.
