Question: I offered to haul your H-D, plus washer/dryer once before, but you didn't seem interested. As I have one of the highest rated profiles on uShip; within the western US, was there any reason why? While I can hardly keep up with my Bid Requests, I am only asking as possibly I might need to make a change in some way in the future to better serve the clients I choose to work for... Response: Your cost was considerably higher. I don't mind paying more for better service but I did have a quote for moving the Harley, washer-dryer, and my 2004 M.B.S55AMG of $1100.00 I still have not booked anything and now I need to make a decision. To tell you the truth I'm a little nervous about my friend's company doing a good job. I believe your trailor could only hold the Harley and the washer-dryer and not the S55. Can you still do this with a pick-up date of either 10/2 or 10/3 ? And what would the cost be ? Thank you. Eric (9/28/2006)
Question: You are correct; even though I have ordered a new longer trailer, I can only transport your washer/dryer and H-D together or the washer/dryer with your 55, but not all of them at the same time yet. As for cost, I truly allow the marketplace to set my pricing; as luckily most people seem to think that I am worth a lot more than the average service provider. While I am lucky enough to have shippers competing for space on my rig I quoted you precisely what others are paying mile after mile. You may have also noticed that I transport hi-value vehicles up to 4M each and I thought as a Benz 55 owner you might appreciate my executive level service difference. So as I am guessing you need the 55 in Scottsdale first, I can help you out here by offering a package deal to privately transport the 55 & washer/dryer for $1,600 and later can move the H-D; during the following week, for another $800.00 with a ASAP pick up this weekend. PS: No one sees them, drives them nor plays with them. (9/28/2006)
