Questions for this shipment:
Question:
Hi, do you still need to have this done? I can probably help you. I have lots of experience doing this kind of thing. What were you realistically hoping to pay to have this done? Let me know if there are any questions about shipping I can answer for you. Be sure to check out our feedback on this site. I sincerely look forward to working with you. Thanks --StrongManMoving --James (3/8/2006)
Response:
I am buying the gyro that needs to be shipped. Yes, I still need to have it shipped unless the purchase falls through. I had hoped to have it moved for under $1000. (3/8/2006)
Question:
what would you like to see your self pay for this trip let me know thanks please keep in mind we have to pay almost 8% fee to uship brokerage fee willing to work with you i need to get get my ratings up im willing to deal (3/10/2006)
Response:
I am hoping to to have it shipped for $1000 or less. (3/10/2006)
Question:
Have you purchased this gyro and if so, I can get it in my box van with rotors removed. in your area next week and can do it at target (3/10/2006)
Response:
I have not yet purchased.I am meeting owner Monday 3/13. If we make a deal then I will need to ship. I don't want to promise a shipping job and have the purchase fall through. however, I need to secure shipping before 3/14 even if the shipper can not pick up on that date. What price can you ship for? (3/10/2006)
Question:
Hey man, thanks for getting back to me. I've seen some pretty hard up drivers that will take shipments for less than the fuel cost and I can't do that. I doubt you'll get it shipped for less then a thousand. I have a box van that will haull your gyro and all the extras enclosed. My ramp is a 3footer but I can expand the width if need be. My price will be more like 2500. I have 48 state authority to operate and have $135,000 cargo ins. we are covered!! (3/10/2006)
Response:
Maybe I have underestimated costs. I did assume gas to be around $600 and a truck would cost me $700. So, I had hoped someone could do it cheaper than I.I had hoped it could be shipped by train, plane or other cheaper than someone driving. Maybe the price needs to be more like $1800. I like your reviews. I'll consider other options first but, I may have to pay more than I anticipated. (3/10/2006)
Question:
(3/10/2006)
Question:
i'll be in the area next week dropping off a Ford F150. if this can ride on a auto trailer i will deliver for 1950. let me know what u think. thanks (3/10/2006)
Response:
I do think it would ride fine on a auto trailer if it will fit on one? Can you describe the trailer? The weight isn't an issue - just the space it takes up. (3/10/2006)
Question:
I'm going to Indy next week and will be bidding other jobs that will take me close to you. If I were to bid somthing just over your target of 1800 it would satisfy me and insure a worry free shipment for you. If that is acceptable ill bid right now and get you on the schedule. how about that? (3/10/2006)
Response:
That may work. The problemn is that I can not guarantee anything until monday.I am buying it from the owner and will need to ship it then. So, I can't guarantee a shipping job until I know for sure I own the gyro. will a late Monday notification work in your schedule? (3/10/2006)
Question:
the trailer is 78" x 144" if i can help out let me know so i can bid. thanks (3/10/2006)
Response:
I am buying the gyro from the current owner so, I can not guarantee a shipping job until the purchase goes through (3/13). I can let you know late Monday if I have it and I can accept a bid then. (3/10/2006)
Question:
Yes , that will work. When you accept my bid I will have my agent fax over the cert.of ins. She doesn't usually work at nite but she is watching for my call because she knows time is critical. She is one of the good ones who don't mind putting out a little extra for her better clients Thanks, I'll be in touch shortly. (3/10/2006)
Response:
Great. I will be in touch Monday if I have the gyro and we have a shipping deal. Can you explain the insurance cost? Is that included or extra? (3/10/2006)
Question:
that will work 4/me. thanks (3/10/2006)
Response:
Larry, I was able to purchase and so I do need transporting. Are you in the area or are still able to trailor from here to Columbia, SC? I need to arrange something asap. thanks,Jim (3/10/2006)
Question:
Hey man, when I give a price it is all inclusive. So, let's get rollin'....or flyin'even!! (3/11/2006)
Question:
Hey man, I'm leaving tomorrow for WV/Indy. Any word on that Gyro? Purchase finalized? (3/14/2006)
Response:
It is finalized and I do need to ship to 233 Tathom Rd Eastover, SC 29044 which is about 15 miles east of Columbia. The Gyro is located at Sunrise Airpark in Marsing, ID which is about 30 miles south of Boise..West of Boise on 84, take exit #35 (hwy55) about 10-14 miles to Marsing. Turn left at hwy78 and go south another 10 or so miles to the Airpark along the Snake River. The previous owner will help load. Thank you (3/14/2006)
