Question: For the complete job? What is needed for prep and what is needed for the set. Do you need utilities disconnected and reconnected? Tires, axles or hitch are they with the house or do they need to be provided? Inside trim is it installed do you need the inside finished upon delivery? Is it drywall or VOG inside. Are the openings trimmed out with wood or are they drywalled? Skirting, installed at delivery? Is the house being set on a crawl space on the ground or slab? Need these answers for a complete bid!
