Question: sir there is no way the shipping estimater is up to par if you do the math on a new truck getting 13 miles to a gallon pulling your boat the estimated miles at. Just under 5.00 per gallon the real numbers dont work out. just like if you look at the miles it says you can travel this time in 1 day and 23 hours, maybe by plane... 2380 / 13= 183 gal x 5.00= 915.00 What does the driver and the factors of payments, meals,ware an tear come in? Maybe by semi, with added boats but then there is a delay,on deliverys and loading unloading charges, Just my 1 1\2 cents worth. Response: I'm sorry shipper, I was just commenting that the shipping estimator was giving you a possible estimate of 1000 if someone had a wedge trailer with 2 boats on it, and had room for 1 more, then the price would be 1000. (7/28/2008)
