Response: I can see if that is possible. The seller may be able to transport the tool chest to Wichita and meet you there. Otherwise, his business partner lives in Alma, KS, which is only about 40 miles West of Topeka on I-70. To get to Alma, you'd probably need to take I-35/I-335 towards Topeka, then head west on I-70 to pick up the tool chest. Then you'd head back east on I-70, through Topeka, to Kansas City, where you'd pick up I-35 again. It might add an extra 1.5 to 2 hours to your trip. It would be about the same distance to take US-96 from Wichita to Nickerson and back. If the seller isn't willing to transport the chest, would either of these other pickup options work for you? Response: I am from Rochester MN and going back there can bring door to door Feb 21 from SE KS I am trying to work this into that route but am going only to Frontenac KS so far, the extra miles would cost more than the target price. Any chance on $200 I would still have to find another cargo. (2/9/2008)
