Response: Date would either be late in the evening on Sunday, or very early Monday morning as they are driving straight through from Florida to a drop off in NYC. Please remember, everything is tentative due to traffic patterns, etc., and we can't give an actual time, only an estimate. Response: Good catch; I will update the note. I live in MA, but I often receive shipments at a friend's business in Hudson, NH. There's someone there M-F between 10a-6p, and they have a fork truck to unload items, if required.
With regard to the delivery address for this particular shipment, it depends on the day and time at which you'll be arriving. If it's during the hours listed above, then Hudson would be best. If it's outside of that, then Bedford, MA, 01730 would be an option. (11/7/2009)

Response: Roy says he can pick up around 9am or a little later on Monday morning, so it should work out fine. He is going to try to be there as close to 9 as possible, as he has to drop a shipment in Queens, NY between 5 and 6. He will be taking another load a little west, and then coming into New England on Tues. most likely. He is simply going to leave FL a little later tomorrow to accommodate your shipment. Response: Hi Deb. Sorry for the last minute response; I sent a reply earlier this afternoon from my phone, but it seems to have vanished. I spoke with the seller; he confirmed that Monday morning at 9a or a little later would be fine. So, the timing and price sound great. Two quick questions: 1. The lift and the two accessory parts are not wrapped. Do you have blankets, tie-downs, etc. to wrap and secure all of the items? I assume yes, but wanted to check. 2. Do you offer any insurance on my items? If so, what are the terms of coverage? I'm online right now, and will wait for your response so I can read it and then give you an answer re: your bid. Response: Hi: Yes, we carry a $2M policy liability, but thankfully have never had to use it. :) Roy secures everything with tie downs, straps, blanket wrapping, etc. He is extremely careful with loads, as we want everything to arrive in excellent condition.
