Freight description: Generac self contained generator on a skid mount, also has a 1' by 3' by 5' switch box not attached to the generator. My seller has no way to lift the generator, it can be skidded on the skid. the Generator weighs in under 1250, the box around 100 or less. At this end I have a forklift.
Additional Information: Pickup must be before 12/13 or after 1/2 Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment: 

Question: I can pick it up the 15th and bring it up to you for $1K if you dont have a way to load and unload it, a wrecker usually charges $100 on each end (11/2/2009)
Response: Hi, I have a way to unload it, but the guy I bought it from doesn't have a way to load it, although he could load it on a tandem flatbed car trailer and take it sonewhere where it would be easier to load. I also found out it has a metal switch box that is separate, about 1 by 3 by 5 feet in size. Adjust accordingly and get back to me. Thanks, David (11/2/2009)

Response: Hi, I called the seller, he said 75 lbs, probably, and its only maybe 1x3x4, he's not sure exactly David (11/2/2009)

Response: Hi, If you want to haul it for a little less, the low bid right now is 450, but he might have diffficulty loading it with a liftgate, where with a trailer I believe you could winch it on easily, it is on skids, at least that is what I will do if I have to get it. Shoot me a reasonable price and I'll save myself the some driving. David (11/6/2009)

Response: You understand it will be a bit of a project to load? Its at a residence, although he told me if I had trouble maneuvering in his yard it was possible to drag the genset to the road on the skids before loading. If loading is not a problem, then you can have the job. (12/4/2009)

And I don't know where it ended up on the listing, because I put it in, but the guy I bought this from is leaving for vacation on the 14th and not coming back until after the first, so you would have to pick it up before then, if that works how do we do this from here, I'm new to this uship stuff (12/4/2009)
