Response: Sorry. I'm not trying to be unreasonable or offend anyone. I said in my description I don't know how much something like this runs. I don't need it transported in a fully enclosed trailer. My logic was "hook it on to a truck & pull it up here". No heavy lifting required or anything complicated. We drive to Miami all the time & spend about $150 in gas. We wouldn't mind doing it ourselves I was just trying to save a drive, but if we have to we'll go get it & visit our family in the process. That's my reasoning. Hope you understand. Response: Hi. I was thinking around $150. I'm looking to get the cheapest transport possible, even if that means you call me & say, "Hey I'm at the exit of I-85 come get it & I'll drive to you unhook it from your truck & hook it onto ours. Even if I have to drive 2 hours to where you're at to get it. I don't need door-to-door service. I just know I can't spend more than $150 right now. If that's unreasonable, please someone let me know & I'll remove this listing & my husband and I will go get it ourselves. Like I said, I'm new at this so I'm just feeling the waters right now. Also, we just paid $500 to have our bike transported from South Dakota to us in NC in a fully enclosed trailer. Hope this clarifies my reasoning. Thanks. (7/12/2006)
