Response: For the short transport, I dont believe Coggins cert is required. Do you have the Current coggins, and Health cert for the animal? If not, does the seller have anything of the sort, that is current. I know you must have them to transport state to state, or to auctions, etc, but person to person, I am not sure if it is required. Response: Reedsville, is roughly 410 miles from orleans. Thats 820 round trip, as I am local to your area. Sorry, but I can not do it for under 300. you'd be looking at about 450 to get that one shipped.
