Response: The dresser is ready to go NOW! As soon as we have a quote on the desk and chair, we can confirm acceptance with the customer. Customer is ready to pay via PayPal immediately as long as quote is acceptable. Also, please make sure we are covered by insurance to the extent of $2,200 USD on the dresser and $3250 USD on the desk & chair. Look forward to hearing from you! (2/24/2007)

Response: Just read your profile and feedback, very impressive. Customer for Dresser had paid in full and was given a choice of a liftgate or help unloading. He indicated he will handle off-loading at destination and did not want to pay for any additional services. This delivery is curbside. We can supply muscle for loading on our end...... We will contact buyer of the Desk & Chair immediately but need insurance quote to give firm cost to customer...... Since both pieces are going to be delivered relatively close to each other, should be good for both of us. Please advise what is covered by your basic insurance and what the additional full coverage will cost us. Also need to know about your service with respect to the extent of your blanket wrapping. We send out pieces like this all over the US and Canada on a fairly regular basis. We are very concerned about customer service and it looks like you can certainly handle that. Question: Thank you for the compliment. The price would include door to door shipping with no extra or additional fees. Our insurance covers up to $1000 on a single furniture. Insurance through Uship would offer (roughly) $5000 for a fee of $75 with a $100 deductible. On our furniture we deal mostly with a man in MD. We do all of his shipping for him to the East coast. Response: OKAY......I will now contact the buyer of the Desk & Chair. Can you arrange the $5450 insurance for us or direct us to where we need to go to take care of it? We want to get both these pieces out ASAP. The Dresser as I said is ready to go so consider that done! You can pick it up tomorrow if you want or we can wait until we hear back from the buyer of the desk and chair so you can make this a bit more profitable. Please advise...... (2/24/2007)

Response: We had a shipper who accepted our bid on two the two of the three shipments (3rd was not yet listed). However, he was supposed to do the pick-up on Sunday but then indicated that he could not pick up until Wednesday or Thursday. We had already purchased additional insurance coverage on the dresser. He did have reasonable reasons for the delay but at this point business is business. We need someone who can be relied upon as we ship medium to large pieces almost every week to locations all over the US and Canada. Let us hear from you. Are you interested in all three shipments? It probably is because I accepted the other shipper's bid. I am rarely wrong about these things. If he does leaves me in a lurch again on Wednesday I am going to have some mighty unhappy customers to deal with.
