Questions for this shipment:

Question: Does this still need to be shipped ? If so,I would come up from Bakersfield, whats your idea price? thanks Ed Cal-Ok Transportation. (4/24/2007)
Response: Here is where this shipment its at.. My Dad could not get the tractor running as he thought. He is 92 years old? Tommorrow, June 16, I am going to Madera and will fix the problem which must be minor as the tractor ran good last time it was used. As soon as it is running, I want someone to pick it up with the implemnets, and take it to Julian,CA. Bids I recieved ran from 500 to 650. As soon as the tractor gets going, I will relist the shipment. Thanks for your response. (6/16/2007)
Question: Hello, well your correct the first bid was Great ! I could ship it for the same price, would go less butt with the implements this will take up all my trailer.Let me know if I should place a bid,Thanks Ed. (4/24/2007)
Response: I am in Madera and the tractor is running good. Are you available to pick this up soon? Let me know, today is Tuesday, June 19th. (6/19/2007)
Question: Hi there I will be through madera on Sunday can deliever to you on tuesday for 500.00 plus Uship fees 8% of the total bid. Please let me know asap as I only have one space left on my trailer. Thank You Jimmy Redline Auto & Farm Transport "jimjim" (4/26/2007)
Response: Your price was good, I am sorry I missed it. The tractor did not get running as my father said it would. Tommorrow, June 16, I will go to Madera to get the tractor running, and as soon as it does I want to ship it to Julian, CA., this week. I will relist it right away. Thanks for your response. (6/16/2007)
Question: If this still needs shipping ,I will be in the area on the 21st could ship for $500 even, thanks Ed,Cal-Ok Transportation. (6/18/2007)
Response: I would accept your deal immediatly. You could pick up this Thursday the 21st, is good. The $500.00 is good. I will be in Madera for pickup, and in Julian when you deliver. I do not have easy access to a computer in Madera, but I will try to get back on line tonight, tommorrow morning at the latest when the library opens. Place a bid and I will accept. thanks. ken (6/19/2007)
Response: Hey,Ken, I didnt think the tractor would weigh so much,I would hafto charge $500 to me ,pluss the uship fees ,for that weight I could haul two cars at $450 a piece,if this will work I can load the 21st,thanks Ed. Cal-Ok Transportation. (6/19/2007)
Response: Hi Ed. I sent you a positive answer (price and time is acceptable) to this question this morning. I am checking my mail again. It is about 2:40 pm. I will look again for your bid this evening. I need your phone number to arrange address, and times. thanks. ken.. (6/20/2007)
Question: Sorry,I must been realy tired, just noticed all the implements that go along with.I cant haul ,unless you can pay more,as I was planning on hauling yours pluss a car, thanks Ed Cal-Ok Transportation. (6/20/2007)
Response: Well you made an offer and I thought we had a contract. At least it seemed that way. Why don't you give me a price, after reading the listing carefully, and see if we can still ship tommorrow? If you can't take this you have made it hard for me as I made plans based on your offer. I do not think that I am at fault? e-mail me and I will check in the morning as soon as I can find a computer. Remember, everyone is reading this.. ken (6/20/2007)
Question: First off loose the attitude with me BUD!I didnt send a bid, therefore I am not in any contract. We were still discussing the logistics, and price. You see, this is why I dont just submit bids, anything can go wrong, and I dont want to be locked into a bid, until I KNOW FOR SHURE,its all a go.As far as hauling it now, after you had your rant ,I will haul it for $750,if thats to steep, tell yourself this, next time think before you speak,or should I say type.Ed. (6/20/2007)
Response: Put a bid in for 750.00, for pick-up tommorrow and I will accept it.. ken (6/20/2007)
Question: Hello, Jazzyrunner05 here with a couple of questions for you. We run up and down the pike weekly from Portland to LA with a partial load down, and always full coming back up on our 14' steel deck trailer. Is it possible to take down the implements one week, and the tractor the next? How wide are the front, and rear axles, measuring from the outside edges? No need to worry if the tractor does not run, we have a remote winch on our trailer. Please let us know if we can split up he shipment. Thank you so much, John/Jeanine (6/20/2007)
Response: I could not respond on your bid offer because I am in a public library, their computer would not allow it? Your bid could work for me but there is a schedule problem. I live in San Diego, but next weekend will be travleing to Oakland. On the fourth of July I will fly to Seattle for two weeks, then back to Oakland for four weeks. My daughter is having a baby in Oakland, the Seattle daughter had her baby three months ago. If I could have my tractor, ect. sitting on my place in Julian when I return, that would be great. You would be picking up at my fathers house, and delivering to my house in Julian, which is a second home. We could do it, but it would take good communication, and a bit of trust, something that other shipper did not inspire. You would be welcome to see the rig. I tell you it is not a big deal. I will return to some computer tonight to see if I hear from you. Thanks, Ken (6/21/2007)
Response: Hell Ken, Jazzyrunner05 here. Congrats on the grand babies, sounds like you will have your hands full, but in a good way, over the next month or so. So we will have some time to get all of the parts down to your house from Dad's, that will work out perfectly. I am sure that we will catch up to you sometime to get paid, not like you are skipping town or anything. We know all about the computer at the library, that is what we did on the road for years until we finally broke down and bought the satelite set up for our truck. So far it looks like we will have no problem with the open communication so that we can all stay on track during this whole project. Thanks, John/Jeanine (6/21/2007)
Response: OK, I am willing to give it all a go. I will accept your bid, and then we can talk for a minute by phone and discuss the best approach. I am not in a hurry, I just have too many other things to keep track of, so having this transport solved whould be pleasing to me. I will accept your bid. Thanks, Ken (6/21/2007)
Question: Ken,just so we are on the same page.I am in Bakersfield, getting ready to head up to oakland,ca and drop off a pontiac grand am,I could load you tonight,or come to you first, only if your positive your tractor and implements, and that pontiac will fit on my 40 ft long trailer. Also do require a % of pay upfront, sorry but thats how I roll. Thanks Ed Cal-Ok Transportation. (6/21/2007)
Response: I have a class 1 license, you want me to drive the truck too? You are the worst shipper I have ever run into. You can't read, and you don't know what you can carry or not. You raise the price three times, each with a new excuse. I accepted your offer by mail three times, and even now you want me to tell you what you can load, and charge in advance. I would not hire you now, if your truck was the last truck on the earth. OTHER SHIPPERs, AVOID THIS PERSON... THANKS BUT NO THANKS... KEN (6/21/2007)
Response: If you have a class 1 license, why don't you drive it yourself? I have been doing this since 1998, obviously I have been doing something right. I also have 100% positive feedback, so obviously other individuals and companies are very satisfied with my work. I know exactly what I can haul and what I can't, and I don't move junk. Have fun finding someone to haul it!! (6/21/2007)
