Response: I just brought it at the auction..so there is no plates or insurance..are you insured for that?...is there a chance that you can take a permit for it?...the truck is going to Mexico so there is no need for registration. Just need day or 2 insurance and registration..it has Clean title...thanks (5/15/2009)

Response: I should be able to get a intransit or temp tag for it and my insurance covers what ever I drive, you might have to get me a bill of sale, photo copy of title or something to prove it was just purchased to get them. Also are you sure on the weight of the truck? Thanks (5/15/2009)

Response: Ok, I just got off the phone with the state DMV. they say as long as there is an out of state address on the paper work they can give me a 30 plate for 30.00. I can place a bid to go check out the truck and paper work and we could go from there if that works for you. Thanks (5/15/2009)

Question: Shipper if you are sure the truck will make it and is road ready dont waste time getting a temp tag and all that we can move it for you for 2300 all inclusive .Hope this makes it easier for you Peter LaFountain Transport Co.( we have plates ,insuranceand DOT numbers ) also please be advised that most all of the auctions require that a LEGAL Co. with a dot# and bill of lading pick up the truck .Thanks and good luck with your shipment sir who ever you use .Peter (5/18/2009)

Am a woman never driven a truck; guess you know more what it takes when driving a big truck. But also can say, already purchased from the some company and they well maintained trucks.
