Question:

this truck does not weigh 19000 lbs!!!empty weight is about 8000 lbs. depending on what is on the back ?? flatbed? i could haul this to alaska for 6000$ or drive it for 3500$, but to drive it it must be dot legal!!!!no exceptions!!!read my profile and request a bid! trnsptrReport a Violation
Response: I do realize that the truck doesn't weigh 19000 pounds. I do not have an actual weight and didn't want any surprises. It is a service body with a crane. I am interested in a bid from you. I have inquired on the dot inspection to be sure it is current. Apparently Florida does not require dot inspections. How will this affect your bid? Will it have to be hauled? Thank you8/5/2013Report a Violation
Response: I will leave the bid as is, but Alaska requires annual inspection. Any tickets and / or repairs you will have to cover! It needs to have good rubber and be road worthy to be driven to Alaska . Cheaper to fix it here than there! If you decide to have it hauled I will make seperat bid!! Trnsptr8/5/2013Report a Violation
Response: It Has brand new tires all the way around, but I think I would prefer to have it hauled just so there are no Tickets or breakdowns for you to deal with. Here are the exact dimensions. Dimensions: 9ft. Height 7' 9 1/2" Width 22'9" Long If you can bid as a haul job that would be great. Thank you very Much8/5/2013Report a Violation
Response: I think an annual inspection ,and maybe some repairs to drive it, would be a lot cheaper than hauling it!! I would need 1.50$ a mile to haul it! That's 7500$ that's is double the cost of driving it! Think about it and let me know! Steve Zeman Trnsptr8/6/2013Report a Violation

good day shipper, our driver can pick up your truck anytime within 24-48 hours of booking and DRIVE it DOOR to DOOR to your destination with an ETA of 7-9 days or we can do this to your exact timing needs and specifications.our DRIVEAWAY service is very personal and dedicated to your shipping needs, you tell us what you need and we "just do it". to calculate a fair bid we need to know the exact weight, engine size, what type of fuel and if your truck is an automatic or stick shift.please take a moment to read up on our terms/feedback.we have an excellent reputation. we guaranty our p/u and delivery time frames.thank you for your consideration and have a great day. tom-starline- Report a Violation
Response: I am unsure of exact weight estimating around 10,000 pounds. The engine is a 6.0 Powerstroke diesel with an automatic transmission. Thank you for inquiring Matt 8/6/2013Report a Violation
Response: hello Matt. the weight of the truck is okay. we can p/u your F550 any day this week within 8 hrs from booking. our driver will drive it door to door to seward,ak with an ETA of 7-8 days[most likely a little sooner since the weather is good and holding]. our service is exclusive meaning we would never stop with your truck to p/u other peoples boxes, pets, trailers, etc. our bid will be $6499,82 inclusive everything.please let us know if this can work for you. thank you and have a great evening. tom-starline-8/6/2013Report a Violation

I forgot to mention that I'm in lake wales Fl now , that's about 40 miles from the truck!I will bid to haul , with option for driving it open! S Z. TrnsptrReport a Violation
Response: Is your original bid to drive still valid? What is included in that bid? What is your estimated drive time? Do you have an estimate if cost on an annual inspection? The truck has brand new tires all around.8/6/2013Report a Violation
Response: Cost of annual inspection is about 200$ ,plus repairs if needed! Be aware that it takes at least 10 days to get from here to Ak ! 10 hour days at 65 mph, and you know that 65 mph is not possible onsome of the Alaska highway!! My bid to drive included fuel, does not include exploded tires, or major repairs ! My bid to haul includes barge from Seattle to anchorage(Seward ?) no alcan at all!! But it's double what it cost to drive! Look at the details of my motorhome transport to Atlanta , and that was pulling a trailer!! Request bid to drive, or click on the haul price and we will work it out ! Steve Zeman. Trnsptr8/7/2013Report a Violation
Response: I have sent you a request to bid for a driveway. Sorry for all the back and forth just trying to weigh out the best option. How do you handle mid trip repairs? Do I reimburse you or do I pay for them as we go? Thank you Matt 8/7/2013Report a Violation
Response: Matt , I can handle most repair cost , but I expect to be reimbursed .I plan on crossing into Canada either at sweetgrass mt or kings gate Idaho , fuel runs 1.39$ to 1.69$ per liter in Canada ,so by staying longer in USA I pay a little less in fuel, lookig forward to hearing from you!! Let's make this work! Steve Zeman. Trnsptr8/7/2013Report a Violation
