Height: 6 ft 8 in

Questions for this shipment:

Question: Is the rack attachnent going to be on it or seperate piece? Can this pickup on a Saturday morning and deliver right to destination?? (11/2/2009)
Response: The attachment is currently on the tractor but may be taken off by us, if you prefer. Subject to checking with the owner where the tractor is located, Saturday morning pick up and same day delivery is preferable. So, "Yes" to the second question, if okay with the seller. But I am pretty certain seller will say yes. (11/2/2009)
Response: Good luck with your shipment bids are to low for me to place a bid. If you'd like me to place one anyway let me know. (11/3/2009)
Question: Is 5' 4" the width outside to outside of the tires? If not, what is that dimension? (11/2/2009)
Response: The owner and I measured 63 inches to the outside edge of the rear tires. I said 64 inches just to be safe. The rake attachment is much wider. I would say it is about 80 inches, but I'm not positive. The rake can be detached, or angled to the side to make it more narrow when loading. You can see a picture of the tractor under "All New York" heading on Craigslist if you enter 1974 Ford 2000, or Ford 2000. It is a listing shown in the Town of Bardonia dated October 27th and earlier ran on October 13th. (11/2/2009)
Response: That will definitely fit on my trailer then. Would $265 work for you? I could pick up and drop off on the 8th. (11/3/2009)
Response: What time would the pickup be on Sunday? I would need to check with the seller on the time. Is your bid inclusive of the listing fee? I just want to be sure I understand your bid before I make a final decision. By the way, the seller said he has a loader that can lift the rake attachment onto a trailer if it is separated from the tractor, for loading reasons. Thanks (11/3/2009)
Response: My bid includes all uship fees. I can be very flexible with a pickup time on Sunday. It could possibly be done in the afternoon even. (11/3/2009)
Response: I am pretty open as well on Sunday on the time. I am checking with the seller to see what time he is available. What type of trailer do you have? Did you look at the pictures of the tractor on Craigslist? It is under "All New York" and when you search "Ford 2000" tractor under the Farm & Garden section it comes up in the Town of Bardonia. I want to be sure you can get it on your trailer. (11/3/2009)
Response: I saw it on craigslist. The wheels will fit between the trailer rails and the rake can probably lift above them or can be taken off and loaded at an angle. I have a landscape/ equipment trailer. It sits low to the ground and has heavy duty steel ramps for easy loading of equipment. If the seller doesn't have chains, my load binder chains will double for lifting the rake on if it can't stay attached. (11/3/2009)
Response: Okay. I am waiting on an answer from the seller. Can you send do the pick up on Saturday if he is not available on Sunday? (11/3/2009)
Response: I can't do a saturday pickup unless he was willing to do something evening to night. I'm not 100% sure what time it would be at but would be at the earliest 5:30 as of right now. Let me know what the seller says about pickup time and I can possibly rearrange some things to make it work. (11/3/2009)
Response: Okay. I appreciate your being flexible. If seller pushes me to do Saturday, I would prefer after 5:30pm. This guy has been hard to get scheduled because he has been hunting on the weekends. Even if we have to do Saturday, you can deliver it on Sunday if that is easier for you. In other words, you don't have to do the whole delivery in one day because I am pretty sure my cousin and/or I will be in Bainbridge all day on Sunday at the delivery location. I do not want to take up any more of your time so I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from the seller. Thanks (11/3/2009)
Response: As long as they are willing to load in darkness (I do have rear work lights mounted on the truck that will help) I'll be able to do it then. I'll place a bid and once you accept, you'll get my phone number and email and me yours. I'm leaving on my trip this afternoon but you can call me and give the seller my number so i can keep him updated on timing. (11/3/2009)
Response: Looks like Sunday is a go. What time is the earliest you can pick up the tractor on Sunday morning? Once I hear back from you I will then check with the seller. (11/3/2009)
Response: Whatever works for him works for me. I'll be coming down from Vermont, and will stop to rest according to when he can load. Also, I'll keep him in the loop and if I'm ahead of schedule he can choose to load up Saturday night. (11/3/2009)
Response: It looks like Saturday morning between 6:30 am and 7:00 am. I am just trying to confirm with the seller, and get his consent to give you his cell phone number. (11/4/2009)
