Additional Information: I habe already paid once from another company( Eagle Auto Transport ) which turned out to be an online SCAM. So, I hope to keep the cost down as much as reasonable possible. Question: Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience!! If you are interested in having your Ford driven (it would need to be insured and have a temporary permit or current license plate), I can do it for a total fee of $450 which will include the fuel for your Ford, all tolls and my driver's fee. I would not be able to pick it up until Monday, Nov 26th but I would have it delivered by Tues 27th (weather permitting, of course). I will do it with no deposit...full payment on delivery. Response: Hi Judy, You sound very experienced and have great feedback. I have not given much thought to a drive down. If I had I would only want a female and of course your husband. The van as you know is a 2001 Ford Windstar. A VERY nicely keep and mechanically attend. It does have about a 135,00 miles on it. It is almost like new though. The non-smoking is great because my elderly father would be able to smell it no matter what I tried to spray to cover upSo,I know that would not be a problem. I have already paid $415.00 out for the transporting so I appreciate the the $450.00 price. I have a price now for 100.00 more on a truck but it would wednesday a week before I would get it. Are you sure about the the pickup/delivery dates??? Nov.26th p/u at Harpswell Auto Sales( Gene) delivery 11-27-07. If so I will need to call Gene to set it up. You can ask them here or if you accept my bid you will have my contact info and we can talk by phone. I have been delivering cars for two and a half years here on Uship without an incident. I do have 100% positive feedback. My husband travels with me and so I have help with checking the fluid levels of oil, water and to help out with any small mechanical problems. (We have had to change a few windshield wiper blades and a flat tire). I tried to keep my price as low as I could especially since you have already had a bad experience. If you are interested, please accept my bid as soon as you decide because I have offered Nov 26-27 to other bids I have in place. First bid "accepted" will be served first.
