Question: What are the hours at pickup? Sat morn hours? (4/7/2009)
Response: Saturday morning should be fine. I just need some advance notice to be sure they are ready. (4/7/2009)
Question: Hi! Check Out My Feedback By Clicking On My Name! When Is The Earliest This Can Be Ready To Go? What Are Deadlines For Pickup And Dropoff? What Days And Hours Can Pickup And Dropoff Be Done? Does Everything Work? (Lights,Brakes,Air,Cruise,Radio,Heat/Defroster) What Engine And Transmission Does It Have? Does It Take Regular Or Premium Gas, E85 Or Diesel? Is It 2WD Or 4WD? Does It Have A Hitch And/Or Receiver? Any Cargo Or Personal Belongings? Is It Factory Stock Or Has It Been Modified Or Customized? Will It Make The Trip OK If I Drive It For You? Please Let Me Know Right Away So I Can Figure My Low Bid While I Still Have Room To Schedule You! Thanks! Dave (4/8/2009)

Response: No thanks, rather have it shipped on a trailer. One question, why do you ask so many questions in your emails? It tires me out just reading them... (4/10/2009)
Response: Thanks for your response.I Am Too Experienced Not To Ask These Questions Before Submitting A Bid! I Don't Blindly Bid,Then Cancel And Leave You Hanging, Or Raise Price Because I Didn't Bother To Ask About Crucial Details Initially That May Cause Our Match Not To Work! Since I Don't Run A Regular Routine Route, My Bid Depends On Where I Will Be When You Need Shipped,How Soon You Need Dropoff And If I Can Pick It Up And Drop If Off On Days & Hours That Will Work For Everyone! The Year, Model,Fuel Type,Engine Size And Transmission Of Your Vehicle Affects My Expected Fuel Costs! Good Luck With Your Shipment. Thanks! Dave (4/10/2009)
Question: Is the height accurate? 75"? I am going that way tomorrow and have a spot in an enclosed trailer but it's only 75" tall in side and maybe 71" tall at the entrance. (4/10/2009)
Response: I just had the guy measure it and he says 74" high. Factory specs show 73" high. If you get and exact measurement on your rear header, you might be able to get it in by letting some air out of the tires, as long as everything else fits, it's your call. Let me know. (4/10/2009)
Response: I had this issue last week with an old Land Rover. I didn't try to haul it but I measured inside and want to say it was 71" at the header. Do you think it would knock 4-5" off the height deflating the tires? (4/10/2009)
Response: Sorry I answered my emails backwards and just saw this one. I do think you can pick up three inches by deflating the tires, perhaps more. If you drive it in nose first, you don't have to worry about lowering the front until you get it in up to the windshield. At that point because the truck will be on a slight angle, by letting the air out of the front tires you actually pick up a bit more than 1 to 1 on height. If the tires are real low to get it in, you might have to pump them back up a bit to transport it so you don't ruin the tires then we would just let the air back out on this end before unloading. you can try to reach me at scm at scm associates dot com and perhaps we can discuss this in greater detail (4/10/2009)
Response: If I go over there and we can't get it in we could either cancel match or I can do it on another run. I'll just have to load it on my flatbed truck that I tow this trailer with. Let me know. (4/10/2009)
Question: Is there a chance the guy in Indiana could put some smaller tires on it for transport? I live in Indianapolis and could bring his loner tires back next week. I'd like to help you out with this and don't want to drag my trailer to Rhode Island empty. Unloading a car out of it in Ohio not far from Marion tonight. Could load this Bronco tomorrow if we can get it to fit in my trailer. (4/10/2009)
Response: I don't think he has that capability but I am checking. In looking at the truck, I have to believe that you could let enough air out of the rear tires to get it in the trailer. If you backed it up the ramp, you could tell pretty quickly how much air you have to let out to get it in under the header bar. Then it would just be a matter of being sure you have it tied down tightly so it can't bounce (and hit the roof). If you want to give it a try, we can have the guy available tomorrow to do that. If it fits fine, if not, we tried. It's your call. (4/10/2009)
Response: If you want to accept my bid, I'll go over there tomorrow and see if I can load it. I know Sunday is a holiday but could you take delivery then? I have a delivery in Rhode Island on my truck that I promised the guy I'd have it there by the 13th. If you can't take this Sunday I'll have to take it to RI and drop it off on my way back east. (4/10/2009)
Response: we can unload it Sunday, no problem. I'll accept the bid and let's see what we can do. (4/10/2009)
