Questions for this shipment:

Question: Are you looking for full service? Would there be any assitance loading and unloading? Is this ready to be shipped? I could do this next week, i actually live in Lawrenceville, GA. (5/29/2009)

Response: There wouldn't be any assistance. My mother-in-law died last week and her companion, Frank, who is in the house isn't able to do heavy lifting. I can certainly help with the unloading part once it gets to Atlanta. I'm not sure what you mean by "full-service." I would need the fragile things like the dishes and lamps and glass tops protected. I can probably get Frank to pack up the dishes and other small glass objects. Would you blanket-wrap the glass tops? Thanks! David (5/29/2009)

Response: Thanks! I can get Frank to pack up the china and glass things in boxes. the only thing that worries me are the two crystal lamsp and shades as there are not boxes big enough for those. Thanks! David (5/29/2009)

Response: No steps at all. The Sofa and loveseat are large and I don't know if one person could move them and the person at the house is elderly and can't do any lifting. the sofa's are a satin fabric which would be ruined if it were scraped against anything. the Baker's rack is large but comes apart into two pieces. It has some glass shelves which are broken in two so those don't need to be brought up as I'll get replacement glass up here. Thanks! David (5/29/2009)

Question: could you be more specific on odds/ends and bric/brac also are you packing the loose items? maybe use the inventory tool uship provides because thats too vague and if you have more than listed it would nullify bids once the truck arrived if it turns out to be more items (5/29/2009)

Response: The brick-a-brack consists of a couple of small glass hurricane shades and bases, some silver flatware in a chest, the crystal vase and floral arrangement and perhaps a picture frame or two. It isn't something that would fill more than one medium-size moving box. I used the shipping tool ( I thought) and all it gave me was the space I filled out. Thanks! David (5/29/2009)
