Response: That sounds like a great option, but we will not be here during that time frame to have the backhoe available to unload, unlock the gate, and accept the shipment. The window of delivery would need to be between Monday, April 9th and Thursday, April 12th. Otherwise we would ask for your bid. Thank you for your interest!3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: Is weight correct ?? i could pick-up monday -tue and dliver on the 15th -16th - would this work ?? 3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: After looking at my travel schedule a little closer, it looks like Monday, April 16th will work. Please note that Sunday, April 15th will NOT work, but Monday, April 16th will work.3/28/2012Report a Violation

Question:
3/28/2012
Ok i checked on trailer rental - i can pick-up monday -thru wed of next week - take to my farm in dublin Ga - you would contact me when ready to deliver - and ill bring it up -- The LISTED DIMENTIONS and WEIGHT -must BE DEAD on -- i just estimated the diesel fuel used - and cost -- ill Bid --Now ThanksReport a Violation
Response: I just got off the phone with the storm shelter manufacturer. He states that it's no more that 800 pounds and probably less. He also stated that the 10' long, 6' across, and 6' high was also a little bigger than actual size. I wanted to go bigger in my description so there would not be any problems.3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: SOUNDS PERFECT - i am taking camper to st-paul Mn - and can pick this up -first of next week - i need to book the trailer today - and start planning - i will bring 5-7 straps -padding - i have bid - it is now up to you --thanks3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: Thank you for your time and interest. I had to decline your bid because the storm shelter company will deliver it for $1,100.00, but they suggested I use uShip to find a lower rate. Thank you for your time.3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: ill re-bid lower -3/28/2012Report a Violation
Question:
3/28/2012
if you read my feedbacks --many explain costs involved - and i cut it real close to cover costs - the trailer rental alone -375.00 one way Report a Violation
Question:
3/28/2012
ready to wrap this up ?Report a Violation
Response: I just listed this today, so I think I'm going to wait and see that other bids come my way. I might not be able to beat $1,100.00 by much, but I always know the shelter company will deliver it for that. Thank you for your time and bidding.3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: good luck 3/28/2012Report a Violation
Question:
3/28/2012
Apparently you dont understant our side of transport not trying to be ugly here -just inform - diesel is now $4.39 - ins- and other expenses - that was included in our bid --if you read our feedbacks --many explain costs --thanks good luck - sorry i cannot roll for nothing -- thanksReport a Violation
Response: I know all to well about travel costs. I travel for a living. In fact, the reason for the limited delivery dates is because I will be on the road for the next few weeks off and on. I drive on most of my trips, so I am well aware of the travel costs involved. Thanks again.3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: AND towing this will have serious wind drag - MPG will drop like a brick - if things change -- request us to RE-bid - By SATURDAY -- Thanks3/28/2012Report a Violation
Question:
3/28/2012
i will do 700 total but i need to know by sat Report a Violation
Response: Can you deliver it between Monday, April 9th and Thursday, April 12th? Also, I noticed you have quite a few cancellations on your profile. One post this week stated a three week delay due to equipment failure. Any update on new or repaired equipment?3/28/2012Report a Violation
Response: everything is updated and runing im going to ks today and i have to be back by the 5 th so thats the only time frame i can do due to my weeding on the 8th 3/29/2012Report a Violation
Question:
3/29/2012
Are you still in need of a transport? I have a 28' x 10' tall enclosed car hauler going that way on the 6th.Report a Violation
Response: Yes, but I'm not sure if an enclosed trailer will work, but I'm not in the shipping business. LOL! It weighs just under 800 pounds. The shelter company might have a way to load it, (forklift) but I will only have a backhoe waiting for it, and have no idea how it could get the shelter out of a covered trailer. What do you think? Also, if you are coming this way anyway, what kind of price are we looking at, if it can even be done?3/29/2012Report a Violation
Response: The dimensions are no problem at all, I am 6'5" tall and can barely touch the roof and I fit two skids side by side. As for moving out of the trailer, if I can get the dimension at the bottom a moving dolly would work just fine seeing how its only 800 lbs. I can move this for $750 including uShip fees.3/29/2012Not in Violation
Question:
3/29/2012
Andy, please feel free to accept our bid this evening as it will help us have a heads up as to our capabilities for other shipments along this route. Also, since we plan to wait anyhow I do not foresee a problem if it isn't ready exactly on Monday. Thank you again. Best, NateReport a Violation
Response: I just might do that. I just tried to call the owner of the shelter company on his cell phone to confirm the shelter will be available on Monday, April 9th (they are behind due to all the storms lately) but he did not answer. If I can't get this shelter that week, I will have to wait until May due to my own travel schedule. So, I sure hope it all pans out!3/29/2012Report a Violation
Response: I assure you we are fully able to make that schedule and just so you are aware in the event (anything aside an act of God..) that I personally cannot handle your request I always impose a back-up plan via my brokerage which I have owned and operated since 2009. In total I have been dong this over 8 years now and whether I drive the freight personally or it's a known brokered load, I haven't failed a customer like that yet! I don't want to confuse you with all this jargon I just want you to be confident that you are choosing a competent service provider. I will be hauling this direct for you Andy.
