Question: Hello, Jazzyrunner05 here. Thank you so much for the bid request! We will not be able to make delivery to Salt Lake City until February 9th to the 13th. If you can wait for us, please let us know, and we will place a formal bid. Have the best day that you can. Thanks, John/Jeanine (1/16/2008)

Response: Thank you for the promp reply.Unfortunately cannot wait this time...but we have another project that will need to ship the same route around 2/15/08 if you are interersted in that- stay in touch.thank you again. (1/16/2008)

Question: I may be able to do this for you next week for 350 to me. Check my profile and let me know! (1/16/2008)

Response: Ralph - thanks for your response. I want to give you a more detailed list before you set your $/think it only fair since the website did not allow us to be more specific. Pick up furn.pieces: two 90" long bench seats/1 uph.chr/sm. ottoman/4 dining chrs/misc. boxes filled with pillows and accessories/1 mirror 30x72 and few art pieces.
Would you use a covered trailer of sort? Could you pick up morning of 1/24/08 and deliver Monday 1/28/08 to delivery warehouse in SLC? (1/16/2008)

Response: Thanks for the correct info. I see the 4 chairs that you mention are dining chairs. And a single upholstered one, or is that backwards? If I can get the loads I am working on now to come together, I could probably work this out in your timeframe. You do have more items, and I should have enough room if I change a couple of my potential loads. Your items are the type I would spend extra care on, and extra space required. I have transported ALOT of antique furniture. Takes alot of precautions! I would need a better figure to work with, than what I quoted, based on what was listed. I will successfully transport these items for 500 to me, and the dates should be workable, maybe a day different or possibly earlier. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! (1/16/2008)

Response: Everything sounds fine ..please place your bid/FYI: the dates are fairly certain as the items will not be ready to pick up until wed 1/23/08 afternoon earliest/or Thursday morning 1/24 and the SLC delivery co warehouse will call hours are M-F :9-12 / 1-5. We anticipated that the delivery would arrive in SLC on Friday 1/25 or Monday 1/28 makes no diff./just cannot arrive on sat or sun as warehouse is closed. This is the first of a few shipments we will be making.Thank you. (1/17/2008)

Response: OK, I will make this my priority load, and work around your dates. I am in the process if finding them. Be in touch as soon as I know more. Thanks again! (1/17/2008)

Response: Ralph - can you place your bid so we know we are working with you. I would suggest adding a bit of a buffer just in case / so you are okay....but lets move forward.Pls advise - thank you. (1/17/2008)

Response: OK. I will here shortly. Here is my dilemma. I borrowed my trailer to a buddy who ended up have it hit, by his buddy. Long Story! It is suppose to be fixed by this weekend, and I am just a bit concerned that I am committing to something that might not be on the exact days. I do know, that I will definetly have them picked up by the first of the week, and will definetly have it here by Fri. If thats workable, I will go ahead with the bid, and leave it where its at, since I am unsure of exactly how many items there will be. And we can work it out once we know that. You may or may not want to add more items. Either way, it will be a very fair rate. I will submit the bid accordingly by the end of tonight or at least by the morning. Appreciate your patience! (1/17/2008)

Response: Thanks - I was beginning to wonder why no bid. I understand and hope you can things in order as I need to accept a bid today for our comfort level. Also, just really want to reitterate the dates I mentioned earlier are the dates that we are bound by on our end. Do you still have these dates I sent over? let us know. thx/also...if we add items-then I believe we would adjust as required - just fyi. (1/18/2008)

Response: Good Morning!
So see if this will work. If I can pick up your order either Wed. afternoon or thursday morn, and deliver them in SLC on Mon morn. I can make this work out just fine, and I will submit the bid of 500 bucks, and we'll fine tune things as we get into the shipment quantities when I get to your warehouse. Sound like a plan? (1/18/2008)

Response: Works for us. Curious: If wed pick up ..can you deliv to SLC warehouse on Fri? Just curious if that is option too. Was your trailor fixed back up 100%? thx (1/18/2008)

Response: There is a small chance I would get back Fri, but it would be later on closer to the evening, if weather and traffic co-operates. My trailer has cosmetic damage, the inside is fine. The adjustor wont be here as early as he thought, so I am probably having to take it out looking like hell, but its functionality is the bigger issue, and we're fine there. I have just one more item to solidify, then I will submit the quote here shortly, and we can quit typing, and talk on the phone. Yeah!! I'll be in touch here after I take care of business, and we'll get things rolling! (1/18/2008)

Question: Thanks for your request. I just got back into SLC today and will probably be headed for LA tomorrow to return to SLC on the 20th. If these dates work for you let me know and I will bid tomorrow. Truck is a 26' enclosed dry van. I should be in LA then on the 18th. Will need to be in Las Vegas on the 19th for a pickup then return to SLC. (1/16/2008)

Response: Thank you for the feedback - it sounds like this is a regular route for you. Unfortunately our dates are not very flex. as our last items will not be ready until wed 1/23 afternoon at earliest pick up and must have the shipment to SLC by 1/28 the latest( no delivery on the weekend- just M-F 9-12 AND 1-5 ) - let us know if your dates can shift. Thank you again. (1/17/2008)

Response: See my response below. Should work out fine for you. (1/17/2008)
