Question: Do you mind if this is hauled in the back of a pickup truck? If so, I can save you some $$$ (1/29/2009)

Response: I dont mind. Are you a hot shot driver? I can also ship it to Pheonix. (1/29/2009)

Response: Yes... Where do you want it picked up and delivered? The Phoenix question is not clear. Thanks (1/30/2009)

Response: Heres the deal. I have several options. The ski is in Oxnard, California. I Have family in Pheonix, AZ and it can be delivered there or all the way here in New Braunfels, TX as well. If it saves me some seriose cash, I can ship it to Pheonix, then come get it in March when we plan to be there on vacation. So, Im flexible. Of coarse, I would prefer not to wait and get it here so I can start the work on it. so I guess I realy want a quote for both: Oxnard to Pheonix and Oxnard to New Braunfels. (1/30/2009)

Response: It would be better for me if you can get it to LA (narrow pallet if on a pallet). It would be just as easy for me to take to your final destination. I will be in LA mid to late next week and coming down I10 to Houston. I will need help loading and unloading. I will transport it for $200 if you will get it to LA. What do you think? (1/30/2009)

Response: OK, I will see what the seller can get it to you. Where would you need it dropped off at? Is it ok to just have it wrapped in bubbble or shrink wrap then place it on the bed? Thease hulls are very strong and I anticipate minor fiberglass repair anyhow. My only major concern is your other payload shifting and damaging the hull. I assume you have another load? (1/30/2009)

Response: At this current moment I have a couple furry friends. I have bids on other items. This unit could ride on the back of the pickup by itself. If I am awarded other shipments I will pull my 18 ft trailer for those items. Old blankets/quilts then wrapped with shrink wrap should work for you. (1/30/2009)

Response: I didn't think of blankets. Is your truck covered? I gues my only concern is theft as this thing is bright yellow and sticks out like a sore thumb. Lots of blankets could fix that too I suppose. I'll probably use you. I need to get with the seller first. When do you need to pickup by? (1/30/2009)

Response: Friday Feb 6th - Saturday Feb 7th early am. heading East... (1/30/2009)

Response: OK, let me see what this weekend turns up. I need to talk to the seller about delivering the ski to LA. I do have another bidder at $200 that will pickup in Oxnard. I would rather the seller not be put out to deliver. I will probably have to pay him to do so. We will see. If you get more payload, and can flex on your price say $25, I'm ok with taking it to LA. You have responded quickly for me and that's a plus. (1/30/2009)

Question: I can do it for 250 If I can do it this weekend..
if that will work let me know and I will bid thanks (1/30/2009)

Response: I have other bids at $200 for next week. Do you deliver out here often? (1/30/2009)

Response: OK I can go 200 if the other load works out
I will let you sat Thanks (1/30/2009)

Response: That works for me, The seller is availible today. I assume we can exchange contact info when the shipping is booked? The guy probably wont want to wait arrounfd all day. Let me know if the other shipment works out so we can act fast. I assume you will still be leaving this weekend?
Also, if this works out, will it be in the covered Dodge truck? If so , that makes it easier to package. We'll just throw an old packing blanket arround it if that's ok. I'm not too picky about the bottom of the hull as I anticipate some glass work. I just want to protect the main paint job.
I'll keep an eye out for your e-mail. Hopee you get the other payload.
(1/31/2009)

Response: so far the one I was going on just postponed for a week or so
if you can wate fine if not I understand (1/31/2009)

Response: OK, the other shipper is looking to go this week. I'm not in a rush so I might wait for you. feedback. I like your If you take a short trip to Pheonix, let me know because I have 2 places it can go to there as well. (1/31/2009)
