Response: Bob: This truck was purchased at an online auction and although we've been assured that it's in good condition and drivable, the following comment was made: "a dash light and buzzer stays on for air pressure , air pressure OK. If someone was to drive it back from here that buzzer may be annoying". Would you have reservations about this situation? We had a mechanic talk it over with them and believes what they say, that it is not a mechanical problem but an indicator problem. Let me know if that would be ok with you. Response: : Hi there. I don't see that as a problem. Perhaps the buzzer can be disabled temporarily or muffled. Either way, that shouldn't be a problem if it's holding air. I once was about to land and then turned away on a flight to Freeport and in returning to the US had to assume emergency crash landing procedures. Not only was the trip 24 hrs delayed but it was all due to an led light on a dash indicating the landing gear wasn't locked in place.
