Questions for this shipment:

Question: Do you need a price for all or just one ?? (8/29/2007)
Response: Looking for a price on all five. All five must be moved to New Orleans. (8/29/2007)
Question: What type of hitch on these trailers? (8/29/2007)
Response: All of the trailers have goosenecks on them. (8/30/2007)
Question: Well to drive 5 times backwards and forward with the return journeys being deadheadsyou are looking at probably 4k per trip with a turn around of 6/8 days so thats a months worth of work, I dont know what your timescales are but thats the best I could offer with on truck put on it, the killer is the dead head back with an empty truck, you might be lucky and find a couple of loads that may help but time scales would be the killer on that. Let me know your thoughts and see if we cant work something out. (8/30/2007)
Response: Yea, I know that could be a problem. We need all of this stuff on the road not later than the end of next week or so. (8/30/2007)
Question: When are you looking at getting this done? I could do this on your schedule, it"s just the deadhead back that would be the killer. I would probably need at least 3,000 per trailer to do this. (8/30/2007)
Question: Hello Shipper, I can have 3 trucks pick up and have 2 come back and pick the other 2 up. Give me a week and I will have them removed from current location. Please let me know ASAP and I will get this taken care of. I will place a formal bid if this will work for you. Could you give me your timeframe and target price? Thanks Phillips 4 Transporting MC#607131 Fully licensed and insured. (8/30/2007)
Response: I have got a few people bidding on this. Please provide a proposal. Your timing is very good. (8/30/2007)
Response: My husband is will be here in about 15min. and we place a bid then. Is all these unit 10,000 lb.? (8/30/2007)
Response: Best guess is that the trailers average between 8,000 and 12,000 pounds each. (8/30/2007)
Response: I am back, I can make these run for $4000 per unit and if I find a return run I will give a $500 discount. When will this equipment be ready to transport? I would also need the value of the shipment so insurance paperwork can be completed if you decided you would like to use our service. Thanks Phillips 4 Transporting MC#607131 (8/30/2007)
Question: ARE ALL THE TRAILERS LOADED? (8/30/2007)
Response: Yes, they are loaded and ready to go. If you are interested give me a bid and schedule fro getting the trailers delivered. I have a couple of bids already and am preparing to make a decision. (8/30/2007)
Response: I have already sent you a bid as you can see by now make sure you read the bid details. Thanks Jeff (8/30/2007)

Response: I just awarded the bid to you. We're at four trailers from the original five. The sooner you can pick them up the better. (9/4/2007)

Response: I'm not sure I understand your last message. On 8/30 you sent the following message: "Hello Shipper, I can have 3 trucks pick up and have 2 come back and pick the other 2 up. Give me a week and I will have them removed from current location. Please let me know ASAP and I will get this taken care of. I will place a formal bid if this will work for you. Could you give me your timeframe and target price? Thanks Phillips 4 Transporting MC#607131 Fully licensed and insured." Later that day you sent the following: "I am back, I can make these run for $4000 per unit and if I find a return run I will give a $500 discount. When will this equipment be ready to transport? I would also need the value of the shipment so insurance paperwork can be completed if you decided you would like to use our service. Thanks Phillips 4 Transporting MC#607131" Are you telling me that you can only take one of these trailers? I selected you because you could move all of the trailers. Please clarify. (9/5/2007)
Response: NO, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I will move all 4 units in the timeframe without a problem. Thanks Phillips 4 Transporting (9/5/2007)
Response: OK, I thought I understood that you'd do all four. The last message was a little confusing. Send the required info/paperwork and I'll follow through. Thanks (9/5/2007)
