Response: The sender will deliver to terminal in atwater and i can pick from terminal her in Kansas city will that work for you ???? (8/15/2009)
Response: The terminals are located in Fresno CA and Kansas City MO. The Fresno terminal is about 70 miles from the shipper, but they could have it picked up at a local business for the same price. (8/15/2009)
