  • Shipment Details: so heres the deal. I accepted a bid from this service provider who promised she would bring my engine from california to toronto canada. She has failed. The item in stuck in champlain NY & is racking up storage fees. The intial bid she placed was 500$ i need it brought from champlain (20 min from border is location) to toronto ASAP

Question: Is the necessary paperwork there, to cross from NY into Canada ? (6/7/2008)
Response: no i have yet to forward the bill of sale to the broker, i have my own broker, how much would your bid be and when do you need the paperwork ready? i can call tomorow but i don't know if they will be open and or how long it takes for the paperwork to be okayed...hopefully this is okay let me know (6/7/2008)
Question: When you have the paperwork in hand, we will consider putting in a bid. Also - since you can't reveal destination specificly on USHIP, you need to identify the distance of miles, for delivery from Champlain NY, so We know. thanks (6/8/2008)
Response: hey sorry i just realized i put KM instead of Miles...the distance is roughly 337 miles...but probably less...around 300 because it will be dropped to my mechanic in whitby...the lady who left my engine in storage said the location is pretty much 20 min from the border...27 clinton street (6/8/2008)
Question: 2 things- first, READ the serial number of the engine it will be BETWEEN THE 2 LINES on the left side of the engine. you will have to CALL the number into ME and the number will look like this but there will be 17 of them. (1A1GDWOGGDJ). Once you figure out the serial # then respond with the proper information and I can figure out the best way to move this for you and maybe I can get close to your price. Plus I will need the number for the BOL if we do this as that NUMBER has to on the BOL along with my contact information with the boarder crossing? second--if you use me or not always to a RESEARCH on the company you use such as my company READYLTL you never know what kind of information you may find to reach out to the best person for the job. especially if you are changing countrys with an item. thanks markrogers ReadyLTL (6/9/2008)
