Response: Thank you for your answer. I'd like to lighten my bid but I can't. This has to go on an RGN unless you want to let some of the air out of the tires to shorten it. We are Caterpillar contractors in IL and that rate is competitive with the rates we get to haul Caterpillar - a little less actually.
