Response: Dear I95, Doyle New York will give me a few more days to pick up since I am out of town. What's the earliest you can pick up? Are you ICC, MC or USDOT insured? They charge me sales tax if you are not, so I would need to know how much $ to send them. Also, they are only open for pick ups Mon. - Friday, 8 to 4:30. Is that OK? Thanks, Lynn10/24/2008

Depending on how busy they are, there may also be a small gratuity for the porter who brings it down. Doyle if fact does NOT have a loading dock; loading is in the street and driver generally has to stay with the truck to prevent towing. Doyle will give me a week to have it picked up because I'm out of town, so that would be fine. I called them to double check that the tray is removable and it is.
