Question: Hello jerker. First, will this be an ongoing thing? Is there multi trips involved? I have a full-size Ford, 3/4 ton diesel which I move trailers, autos, bikes, etc with. The box is just over 4' inside the fenders and 8'2" long with the tailgate closed. We could put two of your containers in and I can do the trip for $342.95, all in. No hidden charges. Cash payable on pickup. I could do the first trip this coming Wednesday, Thursday or Friday October 22, 23 or 24. Let me know and I'll put in a bid. Thank you for your time. Bob (10/20/2008)
Response: That is something that sounds very promising. It would be an on going thing once every 2-3 months. I have to check with my husband. We would have to arrange with the Elmira Pet Food place to get the shipment payment there and also find out more about you.Bonded etc. Thanks for your offer and where are you located? Response: Hello Janice and thank you for your reply. Not a problem for payment on pickup if you are located in North Bay. I could get paid then. But for some reason I figured that the main point would be in Elmira. I'm between Belleville and Peterborough but I travel around quite a bit. The end of the month I'm leaving for Vancouver so an extra bit of cash for the trip wouldn't hurt and it's not that much farther to go to Elmira. I'm not bonded but I do have my own commercial insurance and have been doing commercial driving since 1960. I have been bonded at different places I have worked at over the years, for crossing the border, etc, but don't have a need of that now so, if I need to be bonded to move these palletts, let me know now and I'll just back on out. Other than that, I have several million accident free miles which, I think, qualifies me for doing pretty well anything I can do with my pick-up truck. Let me know and we'll go from there. thank you.
