Response: When I travel with Dizzy, he sits in the car with me, while the kennel is collapsed in the back. He gets a little squirly on the start of a trip, but once on the highway, he usually lays-down and sleeps. Depending on the kind of seat, he may rest his head on your lap. He is housebroken, (holds it when we're at work/out for several hours) but you never know how a dog will act in a strange environment. (2/19/2008)

Response: that sounds ideal. He'll want to be right there with you on the trip, so in the cab is great. He may be a little hyper getting started, but once you're on the highway, he'll settle-down & lay down on the seat or floor. We'll send along food, his leash, treats, his kennel (collapsible), and a muzzle in case he's barking too much. The dates that you plan to travel also sound perfect for our schedule. (3/3/2008)
