Response: Sonja, Thank you for the response. Will there be anyone to help with loading/unloading? All items will be pad wrapped/shrink wrappped. The oil painting will be wrapped in paper pads and then boxed. I could load this sometime next week and delivery would be within 5 days. Are there any stairs involved at either end? Is the table top glass? I cant tell by the picture. My price would be $1100. Thanks Todd (1/29/2008)

Response: Thanks for the response Todd. No stairs on either end. There is a glass insert on the table top. There will be help to unload and possibly help to load but I will confirm that before we committ. The seller has agreed to pack/crate all items for shipment for us under your instruction. Would that possibly lower your bid? Thanking you in advance. (1/29/2008)

Response: Maybe there was a misunderstanding. I will do all the padwrapping and packing of the painting unless the shipper is going to do that for you. If the shipper is going to crate the mirrors, glass top and oil painting, then I could lower my price by $200. Thanks Todd (1/30/2008)

Response: Todd,
Thanks for the response. We are so excited that you have bid on our transport. We are ready to finalize the details with you. I have checked with the seller and there will be help on both ends of this transport to help load. Our understanding is that your $1100 bid would be a turn key job of entering the residence, packing the listed items, and transporting them to our residence in Cedar Hill to be unloaded. Is that correct? If so, please advise me on how we finalize and schedule this transport. Thanking you in advance for your efforts and looking forward to working with you.

Response: Sonja, I haven't put in an official bid yet. Always like to work out the details first before actually placing my bid. Iam thinking I can load this on Mon. Feb. 4th during the day and delivery would be between Feb. 9th and 10th. I will pad wrap all items with furniture blankets and use shrink wrap as necessary. Oil painting will be wrapped in paper pads. Glass top and mirrors will also be wrapped in furniture pads and strapped inside of my truck. I only accept cash, cashiers check and money order upon delivery. Once I can give you an exact time for pick up, I will let you know and make sure that someone will be there, before I place my bid. Thanks Todd (1/30/2008)

Response: Todd, I just spoke to the seller and she says Monday Feb 4th will work for her.

Response: Sonja, I will place my bid this weekend once I get my schedule confirmed. Look forward to working for you, Todd (1/30/2008)

Question: Hi Sonja, It looks like I can load on the 4th late in the afternoon or early evening. Is this ok with the seller? Can I deliver anytime during the day? I might be able to deliver on Friday the 8th. I will wait to hear back from you before submitting my bid, Thanks Todd (2/1/2008)

Response: Todd, the seller has committed to a Monday pickup. As far as delivery in Cedar Hill, we will work around your schedule. Just give us a window. Thanks (2/2/2008)

Response: Sonja, I was wondering if I could this on Wednesday morning? It would make my life a little easier. If not, not a problem, I can still load on Monday afternoon. If all goes well, I am planning on delivering on Thursday night, the 6th. I will go ahead and place my bid tomorrow afternoon and then our information will be exchanged so we can talk over the phone. Thanks for your patience, Todd (2/3/2008)
