Question: Hello Shipper, we are a small, independent moving company based in Iowa City, IA. We are professional full service movers with great rates. A few questions: 1. Is there anything preventing semi access at both ends? ie tight turns, overheads less than 13'6" or bridges w/ weight restrictions. 2. How many stairs would be involved at each end? Response: Thank you for your inquiry. The pick-up point is a retirement home in Sterling, VA. There is a circular drive to go around that may be too tight for a semi. Usually we see large panel moving vans perhaps 24 feet in length there. They just back up near elevated first floor door and connect with a ramp. Retirement home has freight elevators. At the delivery point in Frankfort, IN, there are two steps to our front door. No bridge or weight restrictions we are aware of. Thanks. (10/11/2007)
