Questions for this shipment:

Question: Thank you for your request. I have a few questions. (1) Are these packaged? (2) If not, will you want tham crated? (3) With regard to delivery, what floor will you need these taken to? (4) Please give me a timeframe for pick-up and delivery after the auction ends. Thanks, Greyhound. (3/15/2007)
Response: Hi, The items will need to be wrapped. They are being delivered to the first floor (there is a 5-step staircase between the driveway and the front door). The items are for sale on eBay (not at auction) so, depending upon the schedule of the seller we hope to arrange shipping for sometime in March or early April. Thanks! (3/15/2007)
Question: By wrapping, do you mean simply padding, or do you want them actually crated in plywood? I can do either, its just that crating them is going to involve time and materials--hence, more money. I am still working out my route schedule for the next run west, so maybe we can incorporate this into the route (as opposed to a dedicated shipment) and save you a few dollars there. Please get back to me and ley me know. Thank you for your response. Greyhound. (3/15/2007)
Response: Crating is not necessary, just padding. Thanks! (3/15/2007)
Question: Hello-"Toolman" here, & thank you for your bid request. We can shrink-wrap & blanket wrap the set, & deliver as well as PU inside as you desire. Looking at near end of month to 1st of April, when we next go to Brooklyn. If need be, PU could occur this weekend if necessary, & we can securely hold, until we get to your area, possibly next Monday. $350.total. Thanks! (3/15/2007)
Response: Hi, End of March early April would work for us, but I have received a better bid. Thanks! (3/15/2007)
Question: Thanx for your quick response. Padded and wrapped it is, then. I'll be sending my bid is shortly. Thank you for your patience in answering my questions. Greyhound. (3/15/2007)
Question: I will be in Brooklyn either on 3/21 or 22 and can do this in an enclosed trailer for 325.00.Please read my feedbacks. We offer door to door service and the personal care we would expect if we were shipping something. Please let me know one way or the other. (3/15/2007)
Response: Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. Those dates would not work for us and I already have a better bid. Thank you! (3/15/2007)
Question: What dates are best for you?We are based out of N.J. and make a run to Miami and everywhere in between every ten days. You should also look at the feedback system Uship has it really gives you a sense of who will be handling your belongings before you accept a bid. Thanks and Good Luck-Dave (3/15/2007)
Response: UPDATE FOR ALL BIDDERS: We have purchased the items and are working with the the seller to identify a more specific timeframe for the shipment. I'll post the information as soon as I have it. Thanks for your patience! (3/16/2007)
Question: Thanks for the bid request however we won't be in the area anytime soon. Mike (3/16/2007)
Response: Thanks for getting back to me! (3/16/2007)
Question: i can pick this up sat night or sunday morning this weekend (3/16/2007)
Response: Hi, Those dates are too soon, but thank you. (3/16/2007)
Question: Hello, Shipper. Just touching base to see how things are progressing and to let you know that I am still very interested in this shipment. Please let me know if and when you will be ready to proceed. Thank you. Greyhound. (3/16/2007)
Response: Hi, We are seriously entertaining your bid. I am waiting to hear from the seller regarding possible pick up days. Thanks! (3/16/2007)
Question: Thank you for your response. I'll wait to hear from you. Thanks. Greyhound. (3/16/2007)
Response: Hi, The seller has indicated that they could allow for pick-up Monday, March 19th (between 11 and 3). We are available to receive the items in PA either Monday, March 19 or Tuesday, March 20. I am asking for days and times for the following week as well, but as a start would these dates work? Thanks! (3/17/2007)
Question: Thank you for your reply. Sorry, but I have a family member going for a surgical proceedure on the 19th and I don't know exactly how long I will need to be home.(At least until the 20th.) And as I said, I incorporated this into my route in order to give you the best possible price. I live on Long Island, so I can pick up in Brooklyn on the 21st, 22nd or 23rd. I can store these items until I leave to start my route on the 26th. (Insurance coverage applies during storage, of course.) With regard to next week, I can only pick up in Brooklyn on the 26th. After that date, I will be on the road and out of the area. If at all possible, I would rather pick up late this week. I could then deliver to you late on the 26th, or early on the 27th. Please let me know if this works out for you. Thank you. Greyhound. (3/17/2007)
Response: I think we can work this out. The seller will allow for pick up on the 22nd between 11 and 3 or the 23rd between 11 and 1. We can be available for drop off anytime on Monday, March 26th. Does that work? (3/17/2007)
Question: One other thing--I should have put this in the private forum, but did not--I will make every effort to deliver on the 26th, as I said; but as I also said, it COULD be early on the morning of the 27th, depending on my loading schedule. Does this present a problem? Thank you. Greyhound. (3/17/2007)
Response: Not a problem, I would just need to know on the 26th. (3/17/2007)
