Response: Not entirely sure what you mean. Load -- it's in a house, there may be 2-3 stairs to enter the house -- a few more if you go through the garage rather than the front door (don't know which is easier) Unload -- it's a condo building; you can pull into the loading dock and unload without using stairs -- just take it into an elevator.
