Additional Information: This item is fully packaged and boxed. A heavy duty cardboard pallet is included. With accessory boxed taped to the top, the dimensions are 30"dx32"wx54"h. It weighs approximately 275lbs. This is a house-to-house delivery so a lift gate to the truck is important. No forklift or load dock at either location.

Question: The shipping rate is based upon value. Is this new or used. If used it would be best to take out a seperate insurance policy. Residential lift gate shipments are expensive without the freight. If possible I encourage you to either deliver to a freight terminal or pickup at a freight terminal or both. Response: It's new in a box but it's not a production copier. It's a demo unit that is used for internal to my company. I'm a home based employee who is shipping to another home based employee. The problem is its size and weight. That's why I'm looking into a service with a lift gate. (4/5/2006)
