Pickup is approximately 40 feet from parking space, level ground, but minor uphill to load. Unloading can be done approximately 1 foot from raised porch, delivery into the house is approximately 15 feet from door to location in front room. Should be a fairly easy load and unload. I can assist in unloading, but loading will need to be done on your own as the owner we purchased from may not have anyone present who can help.
