Question: Hi! Will there be anyone to help with loading/unloading? Are there any stairs or steps at destination? I could load on Sunday and either deliver Sunday night around 9pm or unload Monday morning at 7am. Piano will be pad wrapped and shrink wrapped. I can do this for $450. Response: Hi Todd, thanks. I just uploaded a picture, as I think my 12" deep is just the back section and I neglected to mention the bench. There are 2 steps to go up on the destination end. Definitely help to unload in New Orleans and I'm working on help on the Austin end. NOt sure I can coordinate by this Sunday, but will try. (2/23/2007)

Question: That sounds good. Just a couple of questions, before I submit my bid and then our phone numbers will be exchanged. Do you want to unload tomorrow night or at 7am on Monday. Those are the only two times I can unload. Based on your answer, will determine what time I will load in Austin. I have to pick up in Dallas, first thing tomorrow. Do you know if the steps at both ends are concurrent or are they spread out? I have a ramp and metal plates to handle the steps. I will wait to hear back from you, then I will submit my bid. One other thing, I accept cash, cashier's check or money order upon delivery, is this ok? Thanks Todd (2/24/2007)
Response: Unloading tomorrow nite would be best. The stairs in Austin are big wide front porch steps, and then 1 more step going thru the doorway into the living room where the piano is. The steps in New Orleans are interior steps...from the entry level living room into the music room, 2 steps doorway width. I've advised New Orleans to have cash ready. And also the piano bench is loaded with music books & the lamp is coming too, so you may need an empty box to handle those small items. Thanks. (2/24/2007)
Question: Sounds good. Load time in Austin should be between 12:30pm-1:30pm. Delivery time in New Orleans should be between 9pm-10pm. Might be earlier if I get out of Austin before 1pm. I will submit my bid. I have no problem taking the bench and lamp. Thanks Todd (2/24/2007)
