Questions for this shipment:

Question: Can this be picked up any sooner? (1/7/2008)
Response: I can possibly have it ready by tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday), but only if I get a bid for $350 on it before 3pm today. Let me know. (1/7/2008)
Response: There you go.. Bid is placed. Thx (1/7/2008)
Question: I would love to haul this tractor for you but since you "stiffed" me on the last trailer I delivered for you to a different location than what you had listed I'll have to pass. (1/7/2008)
Response: You weren't stiffed. I didn't ask you to deliver that tractor to any other location. You chose on your own to make that decision by request of the customer. If you wanted to honor the customer's request and deliver it to some other place you should have requested he reimburse you for any extra expense before you agreed to do so. You can't simply deliver to another location without checking with me first and then after the fact decide you're going to charge me for your decision. If you want to split the amount you requested we'd be more than happy to pay it. This way you'd at least be taking some portion of responsibility for deciding to agree with the customer. We'll meet you half way if you like. Let me know. (1/7/2008)
