Response: : u sure on weight ,as a rule a 20000 lbs forklift weights about 40000 lbs, they weight about double11/7/2011

Response: Forklifts weigh somewhere between 1.28 and 1.5 times their rated capacity based on my research. A new 17,600 pound Clark lift weighs 22,936. A new Hyster 19,000 weighs 24,000. A new Cat 20,000 weights 30,000. So to be safe, maybe allow 30,000 for the weight. Let me know if you need any more information. Did you get my email about time?11/8/2011
