Questions for this shipment:

Question: We could do this for 1800, please check out our profile. Thanks (9/30/2009)
Response: My main concern is my budget, I would adjust my moving schedule to fit a carriers return trips to get a reduced rate (9/30/2009)
Response: I take it you feel this is to high? What do you have in mind? (9/30/2009)
Response: well I was hoping for something lower, perhaps someone who wanted a load for a return trip or a full load who would just hook up a trailer to the truck. I'm looking for a $1000 move (9/30/2009)
Response: We might be able to come real close to that. Can this be ready anytime? (9/30/2009)
Response: I was planning for November 01-15, depending on your availability, would this work for you?? Alex (10/1/2009)
Question: Hi Capt. this is a regular run for Bea and I. We could do this for you at 1800.00 Including wide load permits. Insured to 100K Dot and MC Compliant. I will submit a bid. Also you can see the trailer we would be using. It is in our profile it is under the 33 ft with the schrink wrap. Thanks Scott & Bea Supplemental Trucking. (9/30/2009)
Response: Hi There, I am flexible on the shipping date and am hoping to find someone who already had a full truck load and would just hook up the trailer as a bonus. I'm looking for a $1000 move and I'm willing to accommodate the carrier to get this price. Thanks Alex (9/30/2009)
Response: We can give you a low price of 1200. on our trailer and would pick up on Sat. and deliver on Sun or Monday. This price includes wideload permits. You would be paying for the boat lift in Everett and at distination. We will send you a bid so you can except it and we can get your Chris Craft on the road. (9/30/2009)
Response: This is right in the ball park, My ideal moving date is November 27th anywhere around there is good for me, can we do it for $1000.00 even. I also am a web designer and I'll throw in a free website and host it for you free for 1 year as part of the deal, I do great work Thanks Alex (10/18/2009)
Response: A website sounds nice but it really will not help our transport business. We get most of our business through boat dealers and we pick up uship bids in between hauls. Thanks anyway. We like working directly with dealers mostly. We will rebid for you. Our last bid was a generous offer because at the time we had another haul going back north. We will do what we can to get your shipment on the road the end of Nov. (10/18/2009)
Response: Alright, just thought I'd ask, thanks I'll wait for your re-bid Alex (10/18/2009)
Question: Is your Boat a stern drive or a screw drive? Jerry (10/1/2009)
Response: its a shaft drive wooden boat single screw Alex (10/1/2009)
Response: I can only do Stern drives and outboards. (10/1/2009)
Response: this is a single screw shaft (10/1/2009)
Question: Hey Alex, just checking in to see if your Chris still needs moved. Do you have a deadline? (10/3/2009)
Response: well I'm really flexible on the move date and I have a few offers but go ahead make my day Alex (10/3/2009)
Response: Alex is your weight correct? We are thinking 20000 or 12000. (10/6/2009)
Response: well I don't actually know the actual weight, I would say average weight of a 28 ft boat, but I do know it was transported before I leased it and the transport was done on a triple axle standard boat trailer. Alex (10/6/2009)
Response: Alex, the Corsair 28' Chris design displacement weight is 9,771 lbs and dry weight 7,500 lbs. I believe your weight is probably around 9-10,000,which we would be fine with. Unfortunitly we are leaving for NY on Monday the 12th and will not be back until the 25th. If you would like us to haul your Chris, we can do it then. If you want us to rebid so we can schedule you in, let us know. Scott and Bea, Supplemental Trucking (10/6/2009)
Response: the weight sounds about right and I'm now planning for the 30 of November so no problem on the dates, I like to have everything planned out well in advance. Thanks Alex (10/7/2009)
Response: Alex, don't know if you got our last response. We do not need a website. We will send you another bid. Our first bid was generous because we had a haul coming back. We will try to get a return haul so we can keep your bid close our origanial bid. Thanks, Supplimental (10/19/2009)
Response: 10 4 Alex (10/19/2009)
Question: Hi Captain, I just unloaded and am a few miles from your boat. I can load in the morning and deliver in a couple days. If interested need to know ASAP. Bid is below. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Lex Flagship1st (10/7/2009)
Response: OK. I have a solid shipping date of November 27th or close to that for your convenience, try to schedule as close to that as possible. Thanks Alex (10/19/2009)
Question: Hey, we understand. We will rebid and you can except our bid for hauling 30th of Nov. on our triple axle trailer. You will need to pay for the lifts on both ends. Our bid will include the wideload permits required by the state. Scott and Bea, Supplemental Trucking (10/7/2009)
Response: perfect. Thanks Alex (10/19/2009)
Response: Alex lets get this bid accepted so we can talk over the phone and work out schedules. Thanks, Supplemental Trucking (10/20/2009)
Response: 1000 even??? Come on man, I'm low on funds at the moment, I'll make it up to you in free hosting or website updates (which I know costs you cash) I do great work. Alex (10/20/2009)
Response: Alex, we are looking for a haul back so we can lower our bid again to 1200. Your Chris is a wideload which includes the expense of state permits, higher diesel expense and more time plus uship's cut. Normally a wideload 28' would be $3 a mile we are way below this price. We are hoping to get a return haul so we can accomodate you at this price for the end of Nov. Thank you (10/21/2009)
Response: Man that would be great but my move date is at the end of November, let me know if your in the area at the end of Nov. Thanks Alex (10/25/2009)
Question: Shipper, I can move your boat for $1000 if you can be ready to move it in next couple of weeks. Let me know please. Thanks. (10/12/2009)
Response: In the next couple of weeks, wow, I was planning to move it around Nov 15 to Nov 30, my preference would be the end of November. Does that work for you? Thanks Alex (10/14/2009)
Response: Those dates might work. I won't know know that for awhile though. I will get back to you if I can make those dates work. Thanks. (10/14/2009)
Response: The sooner the better, I'd like to get this handled so I can stop looking and focus on moving myself. Thanks Alex (10/14/2009)
Question: I WILL BE HEADED TO THAT AREA THE 24TH OF NOVEMBER. IF THAT WORKS FOR YOU LET ME KNOW (10/14/2009)
Response: If you could make it the 27th of Nov you got a deal Alex (10/14/2009)
Response: I WILL BE THERE THE 24TH OF NOVEMBER. I WILL BE HEADING DOWN TO THE BAY AREA THE 25TH, CAN YOU WORK WITH THIS, (10/15/2009)
Response: The 27th would be perfect but can you make it the 26th, reason is payday for me is the 25th, if you make it the 26th I can do it, sure would help if you could make it the 26th that'll give me a day to get the boat there. Alex (10/16/2009)
Question: If I'm around the area I'll rebid.Thank you.Chris (10/18/2009)
Response: Thanks Alex (10/19/2009)
Question: GOOD EVENING, i'm in seattle now if you do have a trailer & and if i'm wright it weighs 2000 lbs i can do this for 1000 to meet your budget heading home. (san diego)please let me know ASAP READY TO GO ASAP,THANKS, JOHN. (10/19/2009)
Response: Man that would be great but my move date is at the end of November, let me know if your in the area at the end of Nov. Thanks Alex (10/25/2009)
Response: no problem (10/25/2009)
Question: Alex, we just rebid and added the cost of state permits since we do not know if we have a haul coming back as of now. Your Chris will need to have the bottom cleaned, if it has been sitting in the water. We will schedule you in the end of Nov. Supplemental Trucking (10/20/2009)
Response: Thanks, The bottom should be OK, I just 2 months ago did the anti-fowling and it's sitting in fresh water (Fraser River) so at most it'll just need a quick scrub with a hard bristle brush which I do regularly. I await your re-bid. Thanks Alex (10/20/2009)
Question: Shipper, we're sstill around the area doing few loads here. Please take time to review our feedbacks and the work we do and let me know if we can be in any help of moving your vessel. Thanks (10/24/2009)
Response: Man that would be great but my move date is at the end of November, let me know if your in the area at the end of Nov. Thanks Alex (10/25/2009)
Question: Hello there. I can arrange the move in late November, LEGALLY and fully insured, or insured with your insurance. Price depends on a couple of matters. 1. Whether I insure your boat fully or you. 2. How you plan to load/offload. I.E. sling or water. I have moved two other Chris Crafts of this size and design and my trailer is well suited. It is a 50' Tri Axle classic. PLEASE read my profile and feedback carefully. This size of vessel and the fact that you are looking to move in late November will likely require chains on the passes between Redding and Ashland and will require a skilled knowledgeable operator. I look forward to hearing from you with your thoughts on target price (should you have one in mind) and insurance. Thank you, Rob Davis, Rockin Robs Transport, Springfield OR (10/25/2009)
Response: Hi Rob, I will have a lift on both ends, I have basic liability insurance which I'm not sure if it will cover transport. do you think you'll need chains?? I've had a quote of $1000 but the guy wanted to move it right away as he was heading to CA and most likely won't be back in November, and I've had a couple of bids for $1200 so I'm looking for the $1000 dollar move. Of course I'll help load and unload should be a very basic move the boat is solid as a rock and is already cleaned (just re-did the anti fowlin paint and its been in freshwater since so that's not a worry). Thanks Alex (10/25/2009)
Response: Hello Alex. I will make certain that I can cover the vessel if need be should your insurance not handle transport. It should, but definitely verify. As far as chains go, if there is a restriction on the Siskyou sumit, the truck AND trailer will need chained up. I run witnter and summer and am no stranger to chains. It is likely that this could be a possibility, but we may get lucky and get a break in the weather. Price for sling load/offload with permit would be @ $1200 in November. Normally this tow with this size wooden vessel would be in the $2000 price range, but I see there are some lowballers out there at this time, and competition is tight. Rob. (10/25/2009)
Response: Right on, done deal. Alex (10/25/2009)
Response: I will place a bid for the transport with a sling load, water drop with permit and YOUR insurance. Should we need to make other arrangements, we will work that out. Not a big issue. Thank you, Rob. (10/26/2009)
Response: is your bid still good?? and if not why??? Alex (11/4/2009)
Question: Hi. Thank you for the bid request. I curently do not have a trailer that will accomodate your boat. Again, thanks a bunch. Monty (11/4/2009)
Response: not a problem, thanks for getting back to me so fast. Alex (11/4/2009)
Question: Thank you for the bid request. Do you still need this boat transported? (11/5/2009)
Question: Thanks (11/5/2009)
Response: I'm looking to move at the end of November but am flexible to accommodate your schedule, let me know what is best for you and cheapest for me. Thanks Alex (11/5/2009)
Question: I seen your one response to another carrier, so am I correct that YOU are paying for the load and unload?? thanks again (11/5/2009)
Response: well I suppose we'll need a lift at both ends, so I guess I'll have to take care of that. Alex (11/5/2009)
Question: Thank you, I will submit my bid, is there a target you want to stay within Sir? (11/5/2009)
Response: man I'm on a tight budget and need the lowest price possible. All The Best Alex (11/5/2009)
Question: Let me get with my operators and see what I come up with, I will place the bid when afterwards. Thanks much. (11/5/2009)
Response: Thanks Alex (11/5/2009)
