Question: how long has the trailer been sitting at its current location? Will the cooler be taken off the roof? tire condition etc.? (11/8/2007)
Response: Trailer has been sitting at lake Berryessa for some time. I will move trailer to Folsom prior to it being transported. It will have brand new tires and wheel bearings, the frame is not rusted and all trailer lights work. Not sure, but I believe the swamp cooler could be removed from the roof prior to transport. Response: PCN, That would work fine as long as your sure about the timing ,I would have to park the trailer in front of my brothers house in Folsom until you came to pick it up. So I could'nt leave it there much more than 6-8 days. I have a flight booked for Nov.18 and return Nov.22, I would leave money there with my brother. Response: Aaron, There is no chance my PA. to Or. shipment will cancel as we had a change of plans, I am currently in route now to pick up his trailer after I do a drop in Ct. I will pick up the trailer in Pa. on Monday and be in SoCal by Friday,Saturday at the latest. But if you are flying in on the 18th, Maybe I will just head straight to Or. from Pa. instead of going to SoCal and waiting until after the holidays and also, your decision. I could pick up arounf the 20th to the 22nd and head to SoCal and be with my family for the Holidays then head back with the trailer. Response: Thanks Aaron, Im going to re-map this job going south on 99 then east thru Tehachapi, and out onto 40 east. Im not real excited about pulling this thru Wyoming and Colorado in late Nov/Early Dec. That area gets ugly about then and we are overdue for snow.
