Questions for this shipment:
Question:
Hello, I can make this move for you this week for 650.00 + whatever tolls are involved in picking him up. I can have him delivered by Friday, He will have a box stall in a new trailer with rubber mats, and the best of care. Let me know asap. Thanks, Tony, (TDS Transport, LLC.) (8/21/2006)
Response:
Hi Tony, I just found out that I have to have a new coggins done for Joey, so that backs up everything. I am not sure what day he can be ready to leave anymore. Maybe Friday. What does your care look like? How many other horses will he be traveling with? Do you rest after so many hours? And thanks for being so promt in seeing my add! Thanks, Jillian (8/21/2006)
Question:
Hello, I could transport yuor horse for 650.00. All I need is a week's notice so that I can book another trip for the return route. I will be using a three horse slant laod. I stop every 2-3 hrs to check on them and hay and water. please let me know if you are interested in my services as soon as possible. Thanks Brian (coast2oasthauling) (8/21/2006)
Response:
Hi Brian, thanks for your reply to my add. Do you have rubber matts? How big is his stall? How long exactly, will Joe's trip be? Is he tied? Are you insured in case of accidents(God forbid!)? Joe will be ready Monday the 28th. Do you plan to make a bid? This is all new to me. Thanks, Jillian (8/22/2006)
Question:
Hello Jillian, I stop every 2.5 hours to offer fresh water by hand which allows me to monitor the h2o consumption of each horse. I stop each night at a horse hotel, and after providing some light exercise for each horse place them into a clean stall for the remainder of the evening. I once again place them in the arena for a brief warm up prior to reloading them in the mornings. On this trip your horse would have his own box stall and travel untied. Therr will be two others on this load. This type of transport allows your horse to make a stress free trip. Most vets can get the coggins done in 24 hrs now if they know there is a rush. They typically charge about 15 to 20 dollars extra for the rush. Let me know if I can help. Thanks, Tony (8/21/2006)
Response:
Hi Tony, I am new at this, but, are you supposed to enter a bid for this? And, the people at Joe's boarding stable now say he will be ready on Monday the 28th. Does this work for you? How many days is this trip for Joe? Thanks, Jillian (8/22/2006)
Question:
Hi Jillian, sorry but no, I'll be in Texas by then headed back east again. Wish I could of helped. Good luck. Tony (8/22/2006)
Response:
Thanks Tony. I couldn't get Joe ready as quickly as I thought that I could. Maybe next time! Jillian (8/23/2006)
Question:
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you I have been out of town. I will be able to haul Joe on Sept. 4th if that works for you. Yes I do have rubber mats and I will be using a three horse slant load. If he is the only horse I have for the trip I can open the trailer up for him to have more room. If he gets stiff I can take him off for resting periods. I do also have liability insurance. Please let me know as soon as possible if this works for you. Thanks Brian (coast2coasthauling) (8/23/2006)
Response:
Sorry Brian, I just accepted the bid from OcalaEquineTransport. Thanks for your interest. Hope to hear from you next shipping! Thanks, Jillian (8/23/2006)
