Response: I am looking to export this boat to Bremerhafen-Germany, or other ports in Germany, I know they have couple of them around. I would be interested to know what would be the best port to export it from (I think NJ) but correct me if I am wrong. I am getting quotes now, so if you want please free to give me your quote. Response: shipper, Newark or Port Elizabeth is many times the last US port of call before the vessels go back to Europe. Hamburg is typically the port that RO/RO cargo goes to and Bremerhaven for containers. I just delivered a boat to Newark for export 2 weeks ago. I prefer to deliver into Portsmouth, VA or Baltimore. It just depends on the carrier you use and what ports they call on. I am in New Mexico now on my way home to Missouri. I will be driving through OKC Wednesday the 21st and could pick up the boat on my way home and hold it until you confirm your booking. I can also shrink wrap the boat at my shop. Let me know. It just so happens we will have a truck in the area on the 22nd/23rd making a delivery. Response: Hello again. We have lowered our bid from our origial $850 to $552.00. If your boat can be picked up Thur or friday we can do transport for this price as we have a pick up in the area. Response: I do not know the exact weight but I research online, and I see that everything is between 3200lbs and 3400lbs. So I think you would not have problems. The year for this boat is 2004 and model is Chaparal 210SSI, so maybe you can confirm with someone else as well. (10/28/2009)
