Can you please estimate pickup and delivery dates? Also, I'm not sure what an "air ride van" is. If it's UPS truck size, access won't be a problem. Tractor-trailers cannot turn around up here though. Pickup is normally 4 to 7 days and after booking and delivery 2 to 3 weeks after pickup. The "air-ride" refers to the type of suspension that give a smoother ride and less stress on items being shipped. Our trucks are mostly 26' long with lift-gates and not tractor-trailer rigs.
