Response: I'm looking to get it to Chicago asap. At the New York end, it can be in the vestibule which is a couple of steps up from the street. At the Chicago end, help should be available. I am not sure about steps. (9/28/2009)

Response: The chair is on the fifth floor. There is a small elevator, but I'm not sure if it will fit. I'd like a quote that includes brining down from fifth floor, packing, delivery to 2nd floor and insurance for $2,500. I'd also like a rough schedule. (9/29/2009)
