Question: Hello there, I'm very interested in hauling your Cessna 140. I have hauled air planes before and I enjoy doing this kind of hauling. I will give you a very fair bid. I can see that the wings are off. Of course the wings will have to be cradled and protected. I can do that for you if you don't have some one to do it. My bid will be for the cost of loading and hauling only. If you need me to prepare the wing cradles and prepare and secure the wings to the bed of the trailer that will be an added cost. Question: Hello, do you still need to have your Cessna transported? I use a 40 foot enclosed trailer. It has plenty of floor space but I'm not sure of the rest of the measurements.What is the measurement from outside to outside of the tires and is the fuselage over 6'7" tall? I'm pretty sure the horizontal stab. is less than 7 feet.I have transported several different kinds of aircraft while in the Air Force and only two since retirement. My trailer measures 32' floor space,94" wall to wall and 78" high on the ramp door with a 84" ceiling height. If you think this will work please send me an e-mail to discuss this further.
