Question: I can tell you how to get this item moved. Look in the phone book for someone who does grading work. Tell them you have a small job that will require a rubber tire front end loader. They will be able to dislodge these steps then lift them with the bucket and carry them to the sink hole. most decent size loaders will lift a ton or more without trouble. Sounds like if you have a sink hole you need someone to fill and level it anyway and a grading company can do this. Another idea would be to find a farm supply store in the area and check their bulliten board for somebody who does tractor work and has a front end loader on their tractor.
