I have placed a bid for your consideration and look forward to your reply. What is your timeframe and target price? Thanks Phillips 4 Transporting MC# 607131 (11/9/2007)

Response: Hi,
Thanks for the bid. I am not 100% sure of the dates as of yet. I am currently ordering the unit so it will be at least 8-12 weeks until it is manufactured. My target price is lower than 2,500.00
Lesley (11/9/2007)

Response: Ok, I will keep my bid posted When do you plan on accepting a shipper? because the bids are only good for 10 days. Thanks Sherese (11/10/2007)

Response: I want to get an idea of the cost I will have to pay when it does need to be shipped. I appreciate your time and quote.
Lesley (11/10/2007)

Question: Hello shipper, I am the person who pulled the last trailer up to sweetgrass from Jeff Couch's trailer sales in hamilton OH. The price of fuel has gone up considerabley since then but I feel I have entered a competitive price and if you would check out my profile page I'm sure you wont be unhappy with my price and service. THANKS freighttrain58 (11/15/2007)

Response: Thanks for the bid. I was just reading up on your feedback. I too have never required something this big to be shipped before. We are ordering this unit tomorrow (Friday November 16). It has to be built. So I figure about 8 - 12 weeks from now will be the approximate time frame. Do you know what paperwork is involved for getting it over the border? I realize also, that your bid might change because of the dates etc. but I really liked your feedback. :) Please let me know if you are still interested.
Thanks again,
Lesley (11/16/2007)

Response: HI Lesley, yes I have done a few of these overtheborder deals and usually all you need is the title, abill of sale, temp. tag to get you across. And I would be most interessted in transporting this for you. Are you going to accept a bid now or wait untill the unit is built ? THANKS freighttrain58 (11/16/2007)

Response: I am not 100% sure what I should do. If I accept a bid now, will that still be valid in April? I was thinking that I should remove the bid and resubmit closer to the actual date. I don't want to waste anyones time...
Thank you very much for the information (11/16/2007)

Response: Hello Lesley,Sorry it took me so long to respond to you.Yes I would still be interrested in transporting this trailer for you.All you need to get your trailer across the border is your bill of sale, title, and a temp. tag.The dealer usually provides all things nessecery. Is this coming from Jeff Couches ?
(11/19/2007)

Response: Yes the trailer is coming from Couches.
Thanks,
Lesley (11/19/2007)

Response: I would appreciate that Leslie, I would also appreciate it if you would not accept another bid untill I have a chance to renew my bid. If you would like me to rebid it now I will. Or if you want me to wait untill you are ready to ship I can, what ever would work the best for you. THANKS freighttrain58 (11/23/2007)

Question: I have a brand new 2007 36 RLTS in stock in New Mexico. Are you ordering something special? Mine is pretty loaded and I could leave this week with it. Perhaps I can get close on the rv price. Shipping I know I can match. thanks, Paul (11/18/2007)

Response: Hi, We require a booth. Most trailers out there have the free standing table and chairs. I have already given a deposit for them to build ours. What is your lowest sell price and do you have pictures?
Lesley (11/18/2007)

Response: Mine has table and chairs. (11/19/2007)

Response: Oh well, worth a shot...I need the booth. (11/19/2007)

Question: Lesley, I am interested in your shipment. We are a legal and insured carrier in US and Canada. I can delivery your boat to it's final destination in Canada. Please let me know if interested. Also do you have a broker for the paperwork. If not I can refer the company we typically use to you. They are located in Coutts, AB. Also what is the trailers final destination in AB. Thanks. Jeremiah (12/26/2007)

Response: Hello,
The final destination is Cowley, Alberta Canada. I do not have a broker at this time. What do I need broker for?? Sorry, I am a Rookie...
Khonan1 (12/26/2007)

Response: The broker will handle the paperwork that is required to cross the border. It's called a form 1. They will also pay the fees for you. you will be required to pay GST tax (6% of purchase price) along with an RIV Inspection Fee ($209.00). These three items are required in order to get your unit across the border. I believe the broker charges about $100.00 to process all this for you. (12/26/2007)

Response: Thanks for the information. Could you please forward the name of the Broker you recommend? Are you going to bid on this shipment??
Let me know,
Khonan1 (12/26/2007)

Response: Yes, I can forward there information to you in the morning. Also I can transport the unit as well. My cost would be $3050.00. If it was spring/summer I would be able to lower the cost slightly but due to the weather situation in the midwest there are the possibilities of road closures along with the extra time involved to navigate those roads during the winter. Let me know if that cost is reasonable with you and I can place a formal bid for your acceptance. Look forward to your reply. Thanks. Jeremiah (12/26/2007)

Response: Is that price for delivery to Cowley, Alberta or to Sweetgrass?
Thanks
Khonan1
(12/26/2007)

Response: That would be the delivery price to your front door in Cowley, AB. The broker company that I recommend is H H smith. They are @ the crossing that I would go through in Coutts. They are very professional and quick when handling the paperwork. There web address is www.hhsmithltd.com Also forgot to mention you will need to have the Original Title and Bill of Sale along with the other fees/paperwork I mentioned before. Does that price quote work for you? Would you like me to place a bid for your acceptance? Thanks for your timely responses.- Jeremiah (12/26/2007)

Response: Good Morning,
Thanks for the information. I am interested in your bid but it is a little high. Would like to do business with you but right now that is over our budget. Will wait to see what other bids we receive to make our decision.
Also, I read in one of your feedbacks that the Broker messed up on some paperwork for a shipment. Is that the same broker your recommended? I need a hassle free (other than Mother Nature...) shipment. I am researching exactly what has to be done for RV's coming over the border as we speak.
Let me know if you can come down a bit on your bid and I will take a look. I would like to get this on the go.
Thank you so much for the information.
Khonan1
(12/27/2007)

Response: Thanks, I will look for the bid.

Question: Hello Lesley, This is M. Friesz with 1MIND1SPIRIT I have some relatives up there in Calgary. Haven't seen em in over 30 years. I shore would like to bring yer trailer to you and make a visit out of it. Can do the job for about 2300. I'll be watchin' yer shipment and place a bid soon. (12/27/2007)

Response: Hi, Me again,
Do you offer more that 10,000 in insurance? The trailer we want moved is worth more than 10,000. What type of truck do you have?
Khonan1 (12/27/2007)

Question: Lesley, If I lower the bid from 3050 to 2850 would that be an acceptable price for you to accept? Thanks. Kodiak Transport. (12/27/2007)

Response: I would accept that bid. If you lower your bid I will accept it and we can move forward.
Thanks so much,
Lesley (12/27/2007)

Response: OK. Submitted bid @ $2850.00. Look forward to speaking with you. (12/27/2007)

Response: Just want to be truthful about delivery. Trailer will actually be 5km farther than Cowley. It is going to the campground where it will be parked. It is down a gravel road for about 4km. I hope this isn't a problem. We would meet you in Cowley and you could follow us in.
Please let me know before I accept bid.
Thanks,
Lesley (12/27/2007)

Response: Not a problem. No extra charge. According to my calculations that is only a couple miles extra. Jeremiah (12/27/2007)

Response: Thanks!!! Now, I will accept your bid!!
