Additional Information:
Machine is now located in Covington, LA 70433,no loading dock or ramps. For transport to Lubbock,TX zip 79415, dock and ramps available, ASAP. Machine runs perfectly. Bidders should have representative feedback history and adequate equipment. ABSOLUTELY NO BROKERS OR 1ST TIMERS! 10/28/09. This is NOT GOING TO GET BOOKED AS A SINGLE ITEM LOAD!! It was brought to me by a guy driving a 3/4 ton Suburban pulling 2 trailers with Landcruiser, a motorcyle, a canoe, this machine and about 12 other items strapped onto his trailers, his luggage rack, in his truck, etc. That's how this one will get booked. A creative driver who knows how put together a load for profit. I should also add that a national flatbed hauler has bid this one below $650 but we don't have a dock or ramps to load off of. A roll off wrecker is the alternative to that if a such a creative, smart driver doesn't step forward. Will be paid at drop in Lubbock.

Question:
Price range for myers1? (10/27/2009)
Response:
Doeesn't matter. One positive feedback isn't going to get it for free. Thanks (10/27/2009)
Question:
(10/27/2009)
Question:
When are you looking to ship this and what is your price range, Southern Freight Trucking (10/28/2009)
Response:
Answers: ASAP, low, low, low and if you are a broker, not hauling it YOURSELF or statutory employees, not interested. Thanks (10/28/2009)
Response:
I have my own trucks but I will not haul it free either, thanks (10/28/2009)
Response:
Don't be rediculous. Nobody is asking anyone to haul anything for free. This is a partial shipment and should be priced as such. (10/28/2009)
Response:
Good Luck, Wish you the best, thanks for your time (10/28/2009)
Question:
May I ask why you would not utilize a brokers service? (10/28/2009)
Response:
Absoutely you may ask. I'm glad that you did. I'll even answer you. The two bad experiences that I've had on Uship over the years, are both related to just poor, poor brokers. Many brokers on here bid a load, and then book it. So the customer thinks that he's got his item shipped. Only sometimes the broker bids it low just to get the load and then he tries to place it..and gets no takers. So, me the customer just waits. And the broker just doesn't take the phone call. Thus, the customer must find someone else. Or, in the second case, the broker took the job and dispatched it, and then dissappeared, literally!!The trucker who took the load nor I could reach him. So I wound up working all the logistics out with the shipper, the transporter and the roll off wrecker that was needed at both ends. I've had great experiences with guys with their own trucks and trailers doing there own thing. So I ask you, why would I hire another broker?? The answer is,,,I WON'T!! Any more questions?? (10/28/2009)
Response:
How was the feedback on these brokers you hired? (10/28/2009)
Response:
Excellent, or I wouldn't have even hired em. One of em even flamed me in my feedback. Everything that he posted was a lie. The man never even called me one time after he booked the load. Bad dimensions??? I'd like to know who he talked to because it wasn't me. I spoke to him one time after he booked it to tell him that if he didn't have it in 48 hrs, to forget it. That was it!! Not a word said about a truck anywhere near it or bad dimensions or anything of the such. It was a page of lies. The other guy just vanished. Said his phone was out of order..but for 6 days?? I just don't care to even talk to another broker after the positive experiences that I've had with Joe Blow and his trailer rolling down the highway. There is just no reason to do so. Anything else/?? (10/28/2009)
Response:
that upsets me that a couple of bad guys put a horrible taste in your mouth for us. We are not all bad, I pride myself on prompt pickups and great delivery times. I have yet had a situation happen like you have described. There are always going to be a bad bunch in any industry be it truckers themselves, brokers, or shippers. I hope one day you might reconsider and look me up. thank you for your time. (10/28/2009)
Response:
Nahhh!! Don't worry about. There are plenty of honest guys with diesel pickups and big trailers out there making a decent living hauling stuff like this and doing the right thing. I still stay in touch with some of em via email and ....they too all know about this load. The first guy I met on Uship was a young guy driving an old Dodge pickup day and night to feed his 5 kids. Guy was about 35 or so. He delivered my skid steer in Louisiana on Dec 23 and then had to drive to Illinois to be home for Xmas with his kids. I wouldn't have cared if he hadn't delivered it until after New Years but he needed the money for Xmas. I gave him an extra $100. The highways are full of em. God Bless Em. (10/28/2009)
