Response: THE PICK UP LOCATION WILL HAVE MEN TO HELP LOAD THE TUB ONTO THE TRAILER, OR WHATEVER OTHER MEANS YOU MAY HAVE AVAILABLE. AND I WILL HAVE MEN AVAILABLE TO REMOVE IT WHEN IT ARRIVES IN N.Y. I JUST NEED IT TO BE DELIVERED SAFELY, BEAR IN MIND THE SIZE IS 7'-1/2" x 7'-1/2" x 36". THE TUB MUST BE SHIPPED FLAT. SHIPPING IT IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION MAY CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE.
