Response: Hi there!!! I need the boxes to be delivered no LATER than May 6. They can be picked up anytime before May 2nd. Do you pickup/deliver to residence, or a business only? Also, how do you get paid? 1/2 at pick up and 1/2 at delivery, or what?

Response: Oh boooo. I won't be leaving CA to head to TX until May 7 and then back on the 13th. But I can guide you a bit through uship. I, personally, deliver door to door, payment on delivery. Some service providers are different. Just make sure that if they require payment up front that they have feedback here (or somewhere) to at least give you a little more comfort that they won't run off with your money (or your stuff!). We all started at zero feedback, but good people will be willing to wait on payment at delivery to earn some feedback. Once you accept a bid, a deposit will be charged to your credit card and you will owe the balance directly to your service provider. Hope this helps and good luck to you!! (4/9/2008)

I'm in North Carolina now doing deliveries having worked my way across the country from CA. Now I'm trying to work my way back. Response: It is a residence, a house very near the exit of Interstate 10. I understand about the cost of fuel! I feel for you guys in the trucking industry. I have some truckers as clients ( I am a licensed massage therapist) and they tell me about how difficult things are now with gas prices.
